I’ve stayed here before. Location is great. Restaurant experience was fab. Unfortunately the 07 rooms have the kitchen extractors running through them... VERY NOISY. Did stop at 10pm but came back on about 5.15 am. (I had initially thought that the noise might be from outside the room, on the roof). Reported to manager next morning. He is aware of the issues with the 07 rooms. What’s the point in being a returning ACCOR member if you get stuck in a noisy room? I will return due to convenience of the location.

I had a very comfortable stay in the Center of Bristol. The rooms were a nice size and well fitted with a good view over the water. The rooms are in need of refurbishment. Your restaurant needs to cater to vegans too.

I was very satisfied with the overall quality of our stay. However, there were a couple of problems. The bathroom had a slight smell of sewage which wasn't pleasant and the TV at the end of the bath did not work. For the price of the room, everything was great.

The Hotel must have received his 4 stars long ago. Not much left from it, everything looked old in need of urgent makeover (bath, furniture esp. bed, curtains, Isolation between rooms,...). Reception staff were friendly esp. the Managerin on duty who find a suitable solution after our night almost sleepless due to street noice (people shouting all night long). Breakfast itself was OK, staff seems demotivated.

Man on the phone promised me food was available til 23:00, it wasn't, I went hungry. En suite in poor state, noise insulation no -existent, when upstairs ran a bath I actually checked to see if MY tap was running. Cleaners hoovering at 9:30am, no chance of a lie in. Not what I expect from a £159 room. In contrast the lady on reception was very good: no messing, polite, warm greeting, a credit to your company.

It was good, the staff were very pleasant and courteous. The room was a little cramped, good job my husband wasn’t there!! Very compact. I was disappointed to learn that there was parking available, in the NCP car park, as it said on the website, there was parking nearby, you might like to amend that.

The Mercure Bristol Brigstow was a great option for a night away, perfectly placed for shopping, eating out and bar hopping. Check in was easy and hotel bedroom was perfectly comfortable with all the amenities expected (paintwork in room was a little tired).
