IT was good experience, hotel was busy but the team was helpful and ready to help to make the stay more pleasant. Breakfast need some improvements but overall it was OK.

Room fridge was not cooling at all, I asked at the reception to send somebody to check/repair, nobody came all the week. When I left the fridge was still not cooling. Bad experience.

excellent hotel and walking to casa port train station. taxi drivers outside the hotel are cheats. we almost got conned, walk away and catch a taxi away from the hotel. room door was hard to open, had to try several times

Back to a stay where you feel transparent. Platinum or not, you process your check in front of a ghost "Le Club Accor" check-in counter. Room not available. So... Wait. I had in my room 2 pieces of morrocan biscuits and 1 small additional bottle of water. So globally, I did not feel it has been a warm welcome and nice stay, but, as we say in French, "totale indifference". Nevertheless, at the bar, the service was nice and friendly.

When I arrive the Male front desk clerk had a bad attitude. Then the room I had smell like smoke. I went back to desk and he gave me twin bed and never said anything.
