« We had an excellent stay. »

Your staff are very polite and friendly. Hotel nice and clean. Great location. Food was great. Rooms were big and perfect for us. It would be even better if it had a little play area outside, a swing, slide etc. I have had these in previous hotels and it is great for the children.

Very disappointing. Parking was ridiculous. For three Accor hotels being so close together, the postage-stamp sized parking area is disgraceful. Toilet seat not cleaned properly- had urine stain. Extra blanket had dried food in the nap. Upon receiving a replacement blanket noticed spot of blood on the douvet cover. Pillows VERY uncomfortable. Front Desk staff displayed indifferent attitude to our concerns. No Iron or ironing board in room. Television station picture quality was abysmal. Otherwise, our stay was OK.

« Subpar hotel »

We travel to Morocco often for business and have stayed at various Accor hotels. This was by far the worst. The “king sized beds” were double beds with mattresses that shifted and sheets that didn’t stay on. The doors didn’t close properly, the window in my 16th floor room was open, the bathrooms were poorly designed, the restaurant had terrible customer service. It was so bad we changed hotels after the first night. If we hadn’t checked in so late we would have done it sooner.

« My go to place in Casablanca »

We love it here. We're greated like family, it has to be in the best spot of all for any tourist visiting Casablanca, right by the Casa Port train station and the city Tram way. Plenty of taxis all around and security guards right at the doorstep. If you ever encounter any issue, the desk staff will sort it out immediately. And if you're ever in need of local currency, they'll change your money at a fair price. Can't wait to go back!

Would be good if had tea/coffee making facilities in room. Else everything else as expected. Location good and next to train station and cruise port. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Small Kasbah and Central Market nearby.

Horrible service, in particular breakfast - staff rude, unfriendly, many times bread place empty and no replacements for long time, keep yogurt but no spoon provided, after asking rude and take loooong time to bring spoon for soup (large)... spread was threadbare, coffee on table in pot lukewarm... Room was spacious but bed was not even queen size..

The Hotel is dirty, not maintained. The carpet along the whole hotel is extremely dirty, room is high used and therefore need to refurnished as well as the common zones. I'm not going to stay again until will new refurnished.

« Some improvements could be made. »

Tables were not cleared at breakfast after guests had left - therefore there were two mornings where it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. Also food and plates were not replenished that regularly. Overall there need to be significant improvements to this. Clearing plates and dirty cups from tables is a minimum requirement. The gym experience was poor, broken and missing equipment. Rooms were clean and check-in was swift.

Ideal Hotel for a short and effective stay in casablanca. Just a short walk to the "souk". If you plan a trip to rabat by Train ( Musse Contemporary, Villa d´arte) or simply go back to the airport via express train - this hotel is perfect.

I have stayed for 3 nights at this hotel, the first night I had to ask to change rooms, there was piss on the toilet bowl, dried toothpaste around the bathroom sink and the bedsheets had stains on them and the bed was not made correctly. First night, I went down to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, the food wasn't good but it is expected. However, the table was not clean either, and even though I was the first person to sit at that table for dinner, it was dirty and there were crumbs and food bits on the table as well. Breakfast, same affair: glasses and cups are not clean either. I am used to somewhat shady hotels in the world but I most definitely do not expect that from a 4 star accor hotel. However, the staff is very friendly and when I asked to change rooms, I was given a sea view room in exchange for free. The windows in my room were not built properly and there was condensation in between the two sheets of glass of the window rendering it absolutely impossible to see anything through, but that is not the staff's fault.

« Nice personnel but terrible infrastructures »

Very nice personnel but: - Dirty carpet upon arrival - Old bathroom - Limited choice for breakfast - I was refused a cocktail as welcome drink (never seen that before ...) - The second morning, when waking up, the emergency doors were blocking the 3 lifts AND the stairs. This is a very dangerous and unpleasant situation. I had to manually force one door to go down and let the reception know.

« The worst experience with Novotel I’ve ever had »

I was put in a handicapped room, I understand the hotel was full, no problems, however the front desk said they will change my room in the second day and they didn’t, same on the third. There is no problem staying in a handicapped room if it fits to non-handicapped people as well, also, these rooms should be kept for people who need. The shower was at the high of my waist, and 2 days I had no hot water. Besides, the TV was placed on the desk without any holder and protection, easy to fall. The breakfast was terrible, few options, the staff didn’t understand English very well (my omelet was made wrong 2 times), there were no cutlery in the tables, coffee was terrible. The worst experience I had with Novotel. PS. I’m a gold Accor member
