« Awesome location, comfortable stay »

We were only in Casablanca for 1 evening.. This was the perfect base. It was easy to get to the central market and the big mosque. The train station being around the corner made getting to the airport a simple and affordable breeze. Our room was very comfortable, the airconditioner didn't work, but we didn't need it, and everything else in the room was very comfortable. Good bedding, good lighting, and a very nice bathroom. We had some drinks from room service, and we had the buffet breakfast in the morning. The food was good and fresh, with lots of options. This is a good affordable hotel, ideal if you want to be in the Port area, and have an easy time getting to the airport without using a taxi or shuttle service.

We have a good resting time in our 3 weeks vacation. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was great to have a stay with some standards in the room, hotel and service. The free parking had a VERY positive impact in our stay and we found the parking personnel the most helpful and polite we have so far encountered in Morocco. The restaurant has a lot to improve, since they were out of many options in the menu for the day and the food was just passable. The air conditioning was functioning (as cooling somehow the room) but not fully functional, as it did not cool too much. But it is okay, since we did not make the staff aware of it so they could fix, we are overall happy with the stay.

« Very bad service »

I came in the morning amd they accepted early check in as Platinum Accor member. In the room- no towels and no amenities! I went later in the morning to order amenities because phone in the room didnt work. Of course, no saying sorry. I was in this hotel last year, it was bad, nownit is worse. I think Ibis need to make reorganization and find new young and kind people!

« Reconstruction is disruptive and new lobby smelled awful »

I was only there for one night. The room facility was nice. The first room I was brought to hadn’t been cleaned. The lobby smelled awful. The construction is disruptive and it’s a bit troublesome to get there by going all the way around. Would be nice to have access to a door closer to the port
