« The chekin timing is very bad »

Hi, How can you guys expect to people check in at 2 PM. When people usually come for meetings or any other personal matters they want to check in the morning or even if they are tourist, everyone plans to go out in the morning. If you set the check in time at 2 what the hell are we supposed to do till 2. I came for a 2 days conference, my session started at 8.30 and i was sitting in your lobby till 10.15 to get the early check in. I mean seriously you guys have to find some way to accommodate people early in the morning. Next time i don't think Ibis will be my preferred choice for staying.

Cool vibes, confortable bed & quiet room, enjoyed the breakfast and coffee, used the gym where most equipment worked (although I couldn’t change the temperature of the gym room).

Hotel booking was done more than 30 days in advance, but when check in, we were allotted in smoking room and told us that there is no room available other than smoking room. Then they changed to another room next day and in that bathroom water is not draining out and we wee forced to use the bath towel to dry the water .
