Bathrooms are a small pod in the corner with no soundproof or fan. Literally you are taking a piss in the room (almost). Shower worked well. It was clean at least. at 8 AM, yea you heard that right, A BIG FKN DRILL starts working from several floors. You dont stay in a hotel, its a construction site. Curtains were weird. Room cards didnt work for like 4 times, we had to go down to lobby. Honestly, if you are having a construction, CLOSE THE HOTEL. no one wants to wake up next to a driller 8 am in the morning. Also beds are terrible. Sorry not sorry but this place needs to shut down.

The hotel was easy to reach from the station and the room was clean and comfortable. Both the breakfast and evening meal was very good. The staff were all really helpful ordering taxis, explaining local area and helping call the lift when my arms was full. Anais in the restaurant was particularly kind and helpful.

Check in was a breeze even at 11:30pm, comfy and clean rooms with all the basic necessities, large shower and spacious rooms, extremely quiet and close to the city centre and minutes away from Temple Meads station
