The hotel was bright. modern, clean and run by friendly and helpful staff. Good location both for parking and access to public transport with interesting view from room across the city centre. Only downside was that service in the restaurant (one dinner) was less than impressive, though the food itself was OK.

Everything was fine. Bit expensive for Ibis so we are beginning to look around a bit more. Perhaps it was a busy weekend in Bristol with the Balloon Fiesta. No parking was a big disadvantage but we sorted it.

We have stayed here many times while visiting family. The hotel is near to Temple Meads station and is convenient for shops, bars, riverside walks and the ferry into the city. Great welcome from staff who are very helpful and cheerful.

I was pleased with the room that I was allocated. I requested a room on an upper floor facing the Railway Station and near to the lift. This is what I was given, The room was on the 7th floor! The breakfast I had was excellent and the evening meal I had was also excellent.

Website was a bit confusing, a lot going on and not always clear - would suggest simplification. Room was fine, would suggest sockets next to bed for charging phones overnight. Overall good experience, would happily stay again.

Overall a positive stay. The location of the hotel aint the greatest due to long walking distances till shops and such. But the hotel is nice and clean, and the staff members are extremely sweet and will do very much to make one happy.

We've only stayed for one night due to the proximity of the event held at Motion. The rooms were nice, with everything we needed inside, breakfast had lots of variety. The early check-in/late check-out are fantastic.

We had a lovely sized room that was within 5 mins walking distance from the station and the venue we were attending. The hotel staff were helpful and polite making us feel welcome from the start. Check-in and check out was really quick and easy, they even let us check in a little early. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Generally and overall very good. I suggest it might be an idea to have ice available on each floor. My only criticism is that on the steps leading to the front door and in the immediate vicinity of the entrance there were cigarette ends and empty bottles which unfortunately gives a bad impression and contrasts with and detracts from the clean interior of the public spaces and customer rooms. The steps themselves could use a scrub and clean.

The room was nice, bed comfortable, location convenient. Reception was strange. Some of staff's English very hard to understand. Absence of room telephone to contact reception very unsatisfactory. WhatsApp not a satisfactory alternative. We did send a WhatsApp message which was not opened until we went down to reception to enquire. And of course some people don't use WhatsApp.
