I needed an early check-in after a first flight to get rest and take a bath. I put it in additional request to my online travel and I even offered to pay an extra cost to reception. But unfortunately I didn't get the room since all rooms were fully booked. I saw people checked in and out in front of me at 11 AM - 12 PM, but still I didn't get the room. I had to change my dress in public toilet near the hotel. I didn't quite understand the situation and I didn't want to address any blame to anyone, but I wished the reception gave a little emphaty for me.

« Nice budget hotel »

This is my first experience using the Ibis chain hotel. I called the hotel at 00:30 AM and asked if there are any available rooms for me. They greet nicely and told me there are few lefts. I immediately go to the hotel, the check-in process was so easy and fast. The room was clean, but unfortunately, they didn't give any toilet mat in the bathroom, that cause the bathroom pretty wet. Also on 10 AM, there's housekeeping asking do I need the room to be cleaned or not, perhaps I would extend my stay but I don't. Overall, what a lovely staycation on Ibis Cikini. Thank you! Please keep improving the quality and services.

Disappointed with the facilities. Sheets are so old and so thin should be replaced already. They are grey already mimicking the ones in cheap motels. The headboard lights were not working and the staff did not come after it was reported. The trash bins are wet rustry and dirty. No cups jo heaters and the waterdispenser oitside frequently empty. The breakfast was worse than a street food menu. This is my worst stay in a hotel. The budget label is no excuse. There are better hotels in its price range.

Convinient, as I already know the Ibis Budget standard room and service. However, some lack i found in room 714, where I stayed. The washbasin clogged, my husband tried to clean it.. found its filled with human hair (gross!) . Since we only stayed for one night, we made no fuss about it. But please pay attention to the detail of cleanliness...
