Unfortunately we did not enjoy any aspect of our stay We were let down by the quality of the rooms We were staying in a room right beside where a wedding was being celebrated which meant there was loud music and people directly outside our bedroom window - so no sleep on 1st night On 2nd day we checked out as we did not wish to stay another night as planned

Had to change rooms due to the toilet in room 109 being installed under the sink making it unable to sit on. The other issue is ibpaid extra for a superior room and it definitely wasnt superior. I'm not even sure the the room I got moved on to was superior 224.

Room was great and used spa facilities-had to go back to room to get towels or pay £5 to hire towels we weren’t told to take room towels down on check in. Evening meal service was slow and had to reorder starter as they had none of my first choice, also when I ordered dessert after a 20 minute wait I was told they had no dessert so had to reorder that too. When we had finished our meal a large party was coming in to a hot Buffett -maybe that’s why service was slow and some choices were off the menu?! Overall it was a good stay

« Very courteous staff who bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. »

The staff were so friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic, cooked and prepared well, lots of choice. we were attended to for our every need. The spa and pool area was immaculately clean and tidy. we were guests to a wedding which went perfectly well, without a hitch. The food during the wedding breakfast, the canapes and the buffet was delicious. The bar and receptions staff were friendly and chatty. We slept well our beds were clean and very comfortable.
