i got the best view of Bandar Lampung (sea and hill) from my room cause i got a corner room in the upper floor, thank you. And also, I think this hotel have a strategic location cause i can reach some culinary spot and souvenir shop in a easy way and in a short time.

Security very bad attitude, while they are the the first contact with guest, most of facility need more maintenance (ie. Swimming poll facility), bad smell of bed n pillow, found lift wet of water.

I really love to come and visiting again to Bandar lampung on the future.. but, last time is my first time to trip to Bandar lampung.. I was satisfied with the service at the hotel.. starting from the bellboy to welcoming on the gate lobby enterance and the FO staff with warming welcome and the sincere full of smile to doing the job it was excellent services to assist me.. and that’s the most experiences that I will remember of entire of my life.. How ever there is have an issues to improve and continuously to keep forward with the excellent service on the future.. Just for the notice.. please double check for the standard of bathroom amenities with the properly.. and also to double check for the restaurant stuff for exam the cutleries (plate, glass, spoon, fork, etc) need to polish and clean.. for the food needs more improving for the quality of food, setting up on bfast buffet especilly for the bread station need more variety food items.. Please be notice this comment has no personal feeling at all.. it just for your improvement and for the critism to grow up.. « Still the best in Bandar Lampung »

Was having short staycation on Lebaran. Last visit was few years ago, Novotel Lampung shows some changes. The new chapel being the center, additional pool kids, and new carpet in the room. There were some of project on going such meeting room and restaurant. Obviously, Novotel still being number one in Bandar Lampung because of its building and facilities are the best exist in Lampung. However, please put more attention to the service, was having long que and long process of check-in. Understand if the period is holiday where the hotel get very busy at the time, but no control from the management so the guest are everywhere asking for help. Second important was the cleanliness, public areas were so messy, we can see the floor was very dull, the bin was booming, dried leaves everywhere, its seems like not ‘Novotel’ in the usual time. Goes to the room, and find bathroom amenities were more variaties, the shower work good, Air comditioner no issue, washbasin clean. The animal towel still being uniqueness of it. Paper for guest feedback were crumpled, the door key tap was rusty, rubish mound next to sport hall was visible from above. My overall stay was good, amazed with the new chapel, and its view.
