Basic amenities such as shampoo and shower gel was not provided. Not even a decent cup of coffee at breakfast, you can really do better. Airconds and phones were not working on my second day of stay.

Arrived earlier than scheduled check in time at the hotel. The registration process went really well, and the front desk staff was very helpful. They told me that we just need to came back later at 2PM. However, everything went downhill when I went back at about 2:30 PM. I found my father, who went back to the hotel earlier than me, was still waiting for the key cards to our room. I asked the staff what went wrong, and they explained something about the troubled system and they couldn’t register our key cards. We were really exhausted after a red eye flight and a meeting, but the staff was really slow on trying to find alternatives to our check in problem. Long story short, it took us about 2 hours (and 3 complimentary beverages as their way to apologize, which didn’t help at all) to finally be able to get into the room. At least, I appreciate that the manager personally came to us to apologize and explained the situation. Although it happened after my father said that we would abandon the reservation and simply move to other hotel if the staff still unable to give us the key as soon as possible. Breakfast was decent, the options could be better. Checked into the premier executive room, and found out that the blanket was stained. Lucky for the hotel management, I found the stain later on when we were about to check out. Or else, I would file another complaint. The room was quite spacious, and the ocean view was breathtaking. In my opinion, the scenery surrounding the hotel was the only thing worth the compliment. Overall, I was underwhelmed by the experience, didn’t expect the #1 hotel in Lampung according to TripAdvisor to be this disappointing.

It’s really a great hotel in town, it has a modern building, clean room, lovely view, good food, satisfiying service. Me and my family celebrate my son’s birthday here, and its really pleasure while most of the employee we meet always cheer to my son and said “happy birthday”. I noticed a renovation is in progress. However, it's not an excuse. Starting from lobby area up to the room are dusty - not as I used to know the hotel. The bath room was not clean properly especially the glass wall/door (not hygiene) . Hotel is so noisy - I're not sure the sound came from the top floor or back yard.
