Very friendly staff. We were on 15th floor with a room near the lift - some minor noise issues. Room was clean and well serviced.

Overall, a good stay. However, was told that Handy phone was out of service, was quite disappointed and was looking forward to using it. Breakfast was quite chaotic. Even though I am Accor Gold, I was not shown to the reserved area which I only noticed after I finished my breakfast. I was told to sit at the bar.

I went through 4 other cities prior to enter Singapore this time, and all the way booked 4-star hotel. I had to say this is a sweet closing taste of our trip. We enjoyed most in Ibis Bencoolen. The experience was started when since check in, the reception (Christina) patiently explained that she is looking for the convenience room for us, hence we needed to wait. She take care of our belonging, later we can check in. Although the electricity went off, the engineer are prompt responded and came fast. The waiter in restaurant are very warm and helpful, we can have free flow water refill in Le-Bar Restaurant. The other important value are the location are near to Bugis and MRT station. Love it and super satisfied.

7-11 convenience store is just few steps away from the hotel. The location is good as there are many food court around. Check in and out are swift and the complimentary drink is just nice.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel, the location is great since it is near to a MRT station and the bustling shopping district. My room was mostly clean, however there is still some room for improvement in terms of room service as I discovered some hair on the backside of the hairdryer. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the quick and fuss-free check-in & check-out process along with the friendly staff. I would recommend others to stay here and would return in the future.

Everything was in order. Front desk was friendly and efficient. I was given late check out till 3pm on my last day (my flight not departing till 7.30pm) and I have stayed here many times before. I always like the location and convenience.
