So my mom got into a little bit of delay during a check-in. When we check in we usually pay upfront or place a deposit always but this time they have asked her to place a deposit before check-in but she forgot to exchange her money so she didnt have cash on her. When I make a reservation i have already entered my card details. So for future reference, can you not delay the check-in process for your loyal customers who have stayed there several times already. She was flustered as she didnt know english. I am always thankful for your outstanding service.

Overall hotel facility ok, especially check in counter fast and professional. Only restaurant not good, as one of your duty staff asking me to pooling seating of 6 persons in one table that only for 4 person, with the reason : need table for other guest, while a part of us (6) still having breakfast -28 Jan 2018, is it hotel policy ? After my arguing, she said only suggestion but already separated our to tables became one and one - is it suggestion ?

The room I stayed is very good, Restaurant served delisious meal. (I had breakfast everyday, dinner on 2/4.) Thank you. But card-key became useless once, maybe because the data has gone wrong. My friend faced same trouble. It is only dissatisfied.

Quite pleasant stay for 1 night except toilet drainage smell. Mattress is too soft & elderly has difficulty in climbing to the bed due to the height. This is in view of my mum's weak limbs.

This time I felt the attention to detail was missing. The hotel was too busy. The lifts were slow and busy all the time. The breakfast staff kept taking away half finished food when I got up to refill my coffee for instance. I stopped taking breakfast because the place was so busy and guests were scrambling to get seats at tables. Most front desk staff were new and did not know what preferences I had recorded over the last 5 years.

I arrived with a broken shoulder and my arm in a sling from europe. A reception staff member spotted me getting out of the taxi and helped me with my bags. Such a feeling of relief. From there, every member of staff made me feel welcome and offered assistance when I needed it. A housekeeping staff member saw me exiting my room and took my luggage to the lift. These small kindnesses made my trip. This was above and beyond my expectations. Congratulations and thank you.

As a notice in my room admitted, it was "not a typical Ibis room", but rather it was designed by one of their staff members, in Japanese style. Hopefully other rooms have a similar feel, however, because mine was comfortable, airy, and modern. The only - and minor - complaint is the absence of bar soap. I also missed bottled water, but I get that Singapore tap water is potable, plus it's a greener approach. The public areas felt slightly institutional, but this was offset by the cleanliness and friendly service. When I arrived, no one was manning the Le Club priority desk (which was across the lobby from the regular desks), but a staff member was dispatched immediately - a gesture of appreciation to my loyalty that I greatly appreciated. Bencoolen MRT station was about a 5-minute walk away, largely under the shade (Bugis station is also close by, but I did not use it). There are also plenty of buses, which provide more convenient routes to some destinations. Dining options abound in the neighborhood, catering to all tastes and price ranges. Overall, this is a great option for anyone visiting Singapore for tourism or business.
