The room I stayed was stuffy. The aircon seemed like it has not been clean for a long time. Walking down the aisle of the rooms where no better. There was no ventilation.

Overall stay was good except until check out time we were locked out from our room. It was our last day and we decided to go out after breakfast for some last minute shop. We returned to the hotel to get our luggages just in time before 12noon only to find out keycards are not working anymore. It worked in the lift but not in the room. We asked help from the room attendant cleaning the nearby room but told us to go down to reception desk instead. I went down to ask for access but then keycard still not working. I went down again the second time and the reception desk told me it is because it is check out time already. We both looked at the clock and there it clearly says 12:01. Didn't know you are that strict with your 12noon check out time and you had to make us feel as if we overstay.

the staffs that interacted with us are all polite and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent and plentiful. We arrived at the busy hour on the second day and most food was gone but it was refilled pretty fast. Bed was superbly comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

Beds are comfortable, bathroom amenities are satisfactory. Doors should be soundproofed better. Corridor noises are fairly audible. Odd humming heard through the wall at 4am to 6am on 3rs of Sept. Sounded like mobile phone vibrating. Has kept me up until 6am.

Dear Ibis Bencoolen, I always stay in your fine hotel during my business trip in Singapore. Everything was perfect starting from checking in to checking out except your welcome drink service was an unpleasant experience for me. As a Platinum member, I have never experienced being told off by the hotel about the voucher which I believe it is intended to make us guests feel welcomed. I very much appreciate Rank's responsive action and attentive to my unpleasant experience. I believe your hotel should have more 'positive & serving' attitude for your frontline. Last but not least, the rest of the stay...were just fine...thank you...

The room was clean and the service quality was nice during the stay. But I found that I left my casual jacket after the check-out. I tried to call the hotel more than 30 times. but I could not connect. After when I arrived in Korea, I tried the call more than 20 times and finally connected. I explained my situation and I asked to leave e-mail message. But there is no response at all.

My friend and I, Enjoyed the hospitality during our stay. Overall, the bedding, the cleanliness, the perfect location was as advertised, the meal and the most importantly the people. Every staff member were helpful. But the downside is, I paid extra for the extra benefit, and yet I was not informed that during our stay the handheld was not functioning due to the 4G connection that was not working, what so ever. If only Ibis would let us know we should be well prepared (as buying data package from our home), as we were there on business trip.
