it was always good. even when I make a complaint you'll have attended to it very quickly. this time the bathroom had a bad smell when we arrived and I complained to the cleaning lady first the next day , it was sorted by the same day. thank you and I will continue to return and recommend ibis bencoolan to more people . I have already send a couple of my relatives there to stay

It was a positive experience, our room was a haven from the heat( we are not used to these temperatures) Concierge were super helpful and our room immaculate. Loved having a wee fridge.

Being the fourth time I'd stayed at this hotel, pretty much was as I expected - the usual good standard offered in Ibis hotels. There were a couples of niggles that I would point out: 1. I arrived for breakfast on the Monday morning around 08.15 only to find it completely full and unable to get a seat. I took a coffee back to my room and returned at 09.00. Seating was easier, but a few of the dishes had run out, and I had to wait a bit for them to be replenished. 2. on the morning of check-out, the soap dispenser in the bathroom had run out. Other than that, I had another enjoyable stay. Nice to have the offer on in the bar with drinks prices in line with Singapore's "age".

I checked in to the Ibis Hotel on line and found this to be a very easy experience. At the receptionist my wife and I presented our passports, and were given the room keys. We were in the room within 5 minutes at 9:00am! Well done Ibis! True customer service.

Everything is ok, except my booking always choose the wrong profile that doesnt contain my correct email address, resulted in my nights was not counted in yr membership prog. So i informed the receptionist on 06aug the correct one. Would be good if u can remind the guest to recheck if registered email address is correct.

The room lookout was different from standard room and it does give a feeling the room is bigger. If Ibis considering a facelift, should use the same arrangement, providing a sense of more professional hotelier than normal hostel looking room.
