I always like to be on Ibis, its is a good quality and yo know what will have to enjoy. This time It was with a problem on lift and one is damaged. Due that the line to use the other is biggest and spend a long minutes to go up to my floor and return to dinner.

Good hotel for short stays, with a perfectly clean room, nice amenities, good air-conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast was complete and very good for the price, and the meal I chose for dinner was a great value. I recommend this hotel and will be staying in it in future trips.

The toilet in the room was not fix on floor and the parking despite paying the same amount did not allow me to park in the garage because I did not accept valet. It was not breakfast available because we decided to leave before 5 a.m.

« Unwelcomed room change, hotel was going through renovations and problems with checkout! »

I have already dealt with the company about and issue with my room be switched, belongings moved without my prior knowledge. An explanation has been provided which I do not accept. The lobby restaurant of the of hotel was being renovated and was filled with paint fumes and disorder making it an unpleasant area to sit or especially eat. My bill had been arranged by the company I was working with while in Sao Jose but the hotel did not get the instructions correct and required that I pay part of the bill that was not my responsibility. This created reimburse problems with contractor.
