I like to stay your hotel but you need a extra team member at your reception or only for booking another team member I stay your hotel around 5 hrs but I wait reception more than 30 min. This is not reception person mistake you have to much guest for this reception and they doing same time booking/in and out process plus room service I can tell I will stay your hotel my next trip

1st night i woke at 3am due to bedsore bite and i called the reception requesting them to transfer in diff room but she only promised that she will do the next day only. i did not sleep well my arms was full of rashes. 2nd night... the noise from other room was fully heard in my room. i noticed that room was plywood partition so it was normal to heard all the noise from others. 3rd night Fire Alarm rang at 10pm and i was not feeling at all. I called the reception but no idea about it. after awhile i called again and told it was technical error. the whole night i did not sleep again. overall the cleaner keep knocking my door even i told them that my room is clean. the room does have tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, lotion nor bathrobe and slipper.

As I am writing this review; this is my day number 17 in the hotel, I have extended the first stay 13 day for another week, and yet I reserved another extensoin (3rd term) until 14th Sep. so far I find the hotel very convenient, and nice, the team is so good, no unnecessary interaction and they are very helpful. however, there is a very minor and tiny tings those may make the 8/10 for me 10/10; examples: 1- I have seen a cockroach in the B1 Level; I have a picture but I forgot to show it to the receptionist. 2- I have a problem with the audio with channel #17 which is the only channel I watch; I reported it 6 days back to the engineer who indicated that I am supposed to get it fixed the next day but never happened Room #644. 3- the cycling machine in the gym is working; however; some of the buttons are not working and somehow some equipment are missing in one of the machines. It was great stay so far. Room is clean and bed very comfortable. Location is perfect because everything what you need is there like restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and the mall. Thanks to the FO team namely shaira, marvin, eugene and the FO Manager mr. abdelhai for giving me late check out. Breakfast is good and staff are attentive. Looking forward to see u soon guys.
