« The bed was comfortable but there were some details lacking »

Satisfactory overall. The room is functional and the bed surprisingly comfortable. I had a couple of problems with electrical things however - the fridge was not working and a fuse rendered all power points not working one morning when I was trying to prepare for the day. Both quite frustrating.

Electricity in all our rooms are activated by inserting the key in the electrical slot on your right as you enter the room, nonetheless we also did a complete test on all items and could not find any fault, just to ensure safety unless the key card was not inserted properly, apologies again. I stay for 2 night When im arrived my wasn’t done properly And in the bathroom thing was broken I left my room after the first night around 11 am and come back around 1 am My room wasn’t done no one came What kind of hotel are you ??? In camping i could understand Im in the hospitality since 17 years i did lot of hotel around the world Its the first time i see that And the worst is when i signal it the front office say « « but did you left the signal on the door do not disturb » ..... Realy not the standing

« Comfortable stay, hotel bedrooms a little tired. »

Overall good stay. Have stayed there once before. Communal areas are ok, but the guest bedrooms are very tired looking. First time staying in a hotel and had to pay for internet in the rooms. Stayed in many Accor hotels and my partner and I have platinum status and always had WiFi included. Breakfast good. Service and staff very good.

Overall my experience staying at Ibis was good. There were 2 things I was not happy with: 1) the door could not be locked from inside as the lock was broken so did not feel very safe 2) 50% of block out blinds were missing

Nice quite room. Nice Hotel. Only issue was checkout. Hotel fee was charged to my credit card when it should be to the company. I wasn't imformed of this and its going to take awhile to be re-imbursed. :( and I left my baggage till after my conference and I felt is was a bit of a hassel. I felt he was also lacking a bit of good customer skills. Otherwise everything else was good.

Good and efficient service at front desk with check in. Liked the valet car service. Had a comfortable stay. The fridge seemed to come on loudly once per hour all through the night. I would have got up and unplugged it but I was too lazy to do so. It kept me up all night.

Nice room but top bed sheet was dirty. Had to remove and use a blanket instead. Too tired and too late at night to ask for change of linen. Breakfast was nice. Location excellent. Beautiful view from our window.

« Rooms small and service below average »

Arriving - service below average not offering/advising of facilities. 2 x bus of tourists arrived at the same time which made it a lengthy wait to check in. The rooms were incredibly small. Our room looked out to a carpark. No views of the river. The toilet was dirty. It felt very compact and not disability friendly.
