« My visit was dissappointing. »

There were many great aspects with this hotel, but I had problems with my shower, the main light fitting appeared to have been installed by a child and I didn't appreciate having to spend £15 per day for car parking.

As always I find the staff here quite friendly and helpful. The facilities are good. The room was clean and comfortable. Noise was minimal and it's in an excellent location. As previously stated though - I do begrudge paying the same amount for parking my motorcycle as a car - as such we make sure we use two spaces rather than the one. Other than that it's perfect

Great location, near to waterside and town. Had a family room which was a very large size. Bathroom was large too but sink was smallest I have ever seen and was difficult to use for such things as brushing teeth and washing face. Shower was difficult to use especially to get a good flow of water that was too neither hot or cold. Bed was very comfortable and facilities were excellent. Great blackout curtain ensured a good night's sleep. Car park was £15 per 24 hour stay but smaller charge if only staying a few hours. Of course if staying in hotel then it is likely to be £15.Very friendly front desk staff who were very helpful, nice reception area as well.Lovely hotel

« Good but two things could make it excellent »

I'm working in Bristol for 4 months and have chosen to stay in this hotel because overall it is a good hotel, however, I struggle to get a good nights sleep as the room is cold and the foam pillows are uncomfortable - I have asked for feather pillows but they don't have them - plus I like to use the gym, it is very small with only 1 running machine, it needs 2 as there is always someone using the 1.

« A comfortable stay »

Bed very comfortable, hotel very nice and very clean. Room large (family). Good facilities in the room including ironing board and trouser press. Only negatives were the very small sink in bathroom and shower was difficult to use or to get the water temp right. I had a bath only as the shower proved too difficult to use. The sink was the smallest I have ever seen in a room. The actual size of the bathroom was large. Had to pay £15 for overnight stay in car park which is quite expensive considering you are a resident and there is no discount. The reception staff were very professional and friendly and did allow me to stay over the 24 hours without extra charge beyond the £15. Good location. I would stay again but hope bathroom facilities are better.
