The staff was attentive. The breakfast and dinner buffet offer a variety of various local and international cuisine options. The facility is decent, good location. But needs updating of interiors, carpets versus tiles. Window cleaning. Bathroom tiles need cleaning with bleach. Clear shower drains.

Breakfast 100%, staff professionalism 100%, room comfortability 80%, TV, internet 80% just because during my stay, there was no Magic Channel. I was in Nigeria mainly for holiday, left my family home comfort to stay at Ibis hotel for the last few days to return back to UK, watching Nigerian’s home movies is one of my hobbies to relax.I was disappointedly bored during my stay this time, but overall, Ibis hotel is still my favourites and I will patronise you again.

At the check in, they gave me already occupied room and I was nearly to be beaten by the occupant. For one lunch, I asked chicken and French fries. They brought me chicken coked one day before and just rewarm it. Every time when I am going to this hotel, I am asking for pork steak but never they had it although it is on the menu. I asked for one beer and they came with it after 15 minutes. I asked for one lighter and they didn't have it.

Well on arrival everything seem ok . When I was ready the bedding was not clean. When I rang downstairs they said it was too late no one was there to change the bedding. They send me a key to move my stuff to go to another room. Went to the next room and it was the same thing the bedding was not clean. They eventually got someone to change the bedding. First impression not good at all. The food was good and the staff friendly that made up for it. The hotel needs updating. Lots of stains on the carpets so that give an unpleasant smell.

Great staffs, nice ambience and comfortable. though the menu should be spiced up by adding other cuisines. The pillows could be more comfortable but all in all, it is a very nice place.

I arrived at 5.00pm for a 12.00pm check-in and guess what .... my room was not ready. I had to wait in reception for close to 30mins. No bellboys to help me with luggage when I was leaving. I am not young and only 5ft 2ins - go figure‍♀️ I had to use the bathroom downstairs which was not dirty, but seemed ‘tired’ and very very smelly The room was ok, but a little bit snug (I guess you get some of what you pay for). The power cuts in Lagos are notorious and I was not disappointed but I expected power to be back on in less than 5 minutes. I was without power for almost 10 minutes - unacceptable! I complained about the service to staff who told me ‘it’s a budget hotel’ ma. Very wrong attitude if you ask me because budget hotels are still not free!!! Good points Close to the airport Safe.

Was not expecting a 5 star experience but I got a worse experience. check in was slow. only one person was available to check people in. I called from the room to order room service., no one picked up. and when I came down to order the food, the experience was bad. eventually i slept eating only the candy bar i had with me.

The hot water system I was informed was leaking. Whenever I took a shower, had to call to have the maintenace man turn it on and back off. Eventually, I was moved to another room. My question was why did they initially put me in a room that had a leak. I booked my reservation in advance.

The hotel is in a state of disrepair. I was in Lagos for one week, and I only saw mosquito once which was at the hotel. There were bug in the toilet. The windows were not cleaned, rot in service panel, fire doors left open, fire route blocked and used as storage. It was a total mess, and a charge of 30,000 Naira was not justified at all. I moved out the next morning, to a less expensive hotel and I did not see that level of disrepair. If you're not ready to go see for yourself, I have pics, to show you, in case you think I'm making this up.

The Air-conditioner was left for too long so the room was extremely cold that I couldn't even lay on the bed. I have to double my clothes before I could lay down to sleep. also the passage to the rooms are not really smelling nice. please try and get good air freshener for the passage areas.
