« Comfortable, clean and quiet but missed the sauna in the morning »

Overall very good. Great location, clean, room was very nice. Found the scent in the hotel was too strong, especially at the main entrance. Also wanted to be able to use the sauna in the morning, but it wasn't open.

We did not meet you but instead dealt with Tiago...sp.? and he provided me with ice for my medication and treated me with much respect.He was a charming representative f your hotel. This was our second experience and the hotel measured up to the Accor reputation.

I've stayed the second time at this hotel. Staff and room are very good. But your check in process is an absolute no go. It takes ages until your staff has checked in the guests. The system is very slow. Please do something about this. Otherwise I like coming to your place.

« A most satisfactory stay. »

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean. Restaurant provided an excellent meal. Could do with a shuttle bus to the airport, although there is a cheap public bus just outside the hotel. A good, reasonably priced hotel very close to Munich airport.

The only thing is missing is the shuttle bus to the airport... I know there is a bus, but it is public bus; 4star hotel should have its own transport, especially when you name the hotel "airport". The rest is very good.

« This time was way better! »

Quick checkin done by a nice guy. I very much appreciated that the duty Manager came to greet me and squeezed my hand. This is a very good way of recognition. The room was nice, a bit hot (but I could feel hot also at the Polo). If I want to be picky I found a bit difficult to jump from the bath tub after the shower. I guess than an elder would have problems. The walk of the tub are high. Slept comfortably, had a quick breakfast, quick check out. Very Novotel!

Waited just over an hour for dinner at the FLAVE and twice asked staff for the bill who appeared to show no desire to assist. After a long drive from CHAM a smile does go a long way.

Hotel's location is keen in my selection, however, was a little pricey. Hotel & Room was clean, updated and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and attempted to help in any way. Allowed me to use a terminal to download my boarding passes, since my phone was damaged and unable to use.

Good service in general, but: - The cereal at the breakfast buffet had bugs. - The cleaning service remove the towels from the room the first day after cleaning, I had to go ask for them.

Overall it was good except for two things: 1. brown marks on the bathtub in the location where I have to stand in front of the shower. There were no bath mat to cover it. 2. Stain on the coffee mug.

« Everything was OK, but you threw away my contact lenses holder »

I like your hotel very much, it has nice views to the airport. I asked for an upgrade, and you told me you gave it to me, but last time I went to your hotel I had a bigger room. People in reception are very helpful, but your chambermaid threw away my contact lenses holder to the rubbish. It was on my washbasin, and when I came back to the room, it wasn't there. I'm doing a two week trip, starting at your hotel and I need my contact lenses holder, because I cannot sleep with my contact lenses on, or I will harm my eyes. I had an extra holder, because I always carry two, but I am really upset with that, and I have fear that they will throw away the other one when I go again to your hotel on Thursday. Please, don't throw my things away!!!
