Everything is good except the restaurant. Behavior of the stuff, food quality and spread is not worth and definitely not at par with any 5 star hotel. I have been staying there for last 2 months for Business trip and everything else was so good but the restaurant and stuff in the kitchen were very sad.

The curtain the bath room was not working. It should be fixed. The TV Remote is not good. I had got it changed but even the new one worked for a day and from day 2, it ran into issues. I did not report it further. The sofa fabric is starting to show up and looking old. it could be looked into. I forgot to return the Room Card but checkout team did not ask for the card. I carried with it unnecessarily I appreciated the offer for the Birthday Cake on my birthday since I stayed in the hotel during that day. Thank you!

Checking in was a breeze. Great smiles, nice welcome. Room was well maintained and clean. A TV guide will help, especially for foreigners, like myself who have to flip more than 100 channels before finding an English channel in the 400s. Only thing was trying to arrange for a 4 hour taxi package. I booked in when I checked in on 30 July evening for 31 July at 10am. When I went down at 10am, no one seems to know what I was talking about and I only managed to leave at 10:20 am. I was 5 minutes late for my meeting at 11 am, which could have been avoided.

Staff changes in the restaurant and services overall used to be a lot better earlier (3-4) months back. No flexibility at all for example if I am unable to take dinner in the restaurant and ask something to be kept, don't expect anyone will remember that. Overall guest appearance you won't get.

The stay was excellent. No words to explain . I had forgotten one of my favorite shirt back in the cupboard and realized that after reaching Mumbai. On request Jhilik and team courriered the shirt to our residence really well packed . We were touched . Novotel has always been our preferred place of stay... Hi Team, It was pretty average budget hotel experience, service and quality & finish all indicated things done to check boxes. Take simple examples: 1. Wanted to watch cricket world cup match in my room , it has some option but no HD channel. 2. Tray given for food delivery was broken, it doesn't hurt anything but point is no one worried about quality. 3. Person who came to deliver food in the room had seems smoked and came to room , being non smoker its not best service for me. 4. Tried order some food around 5pm, team told try after 630 , i expect things available for most day time. 5. Please get your management visit to Marriott once , you will realize subtle difference which makes hotel truly worth coming back.
