The staff the facilities are top notch. I stayed for 2 months and all the staff are very helpful and professional. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Especially Joyce and Duke at the front desk and Mike and Michael at the concierge desk.

Pullman’s breakfast has always been one of the primary reasons I choose Pullman’s over many other hotels in the Dongguan area. Now - Pullman has chosen to ruin that experience and force me to never ever again stay at the Pullman hotel in Dongguan. You chose to insult me and ask that I pay EXTRA - over and above the hefty breakfast fee that I’ve gladly paid for years - for a simple paper cup to take a cup of coffee with me to the car that would drive me 1.5 hrs to my appointment. That was the drop that I could not accept.

1. The air condition fun was working very loud and can’t fixed can’t well sleep too. I pointed that to the reception. They said next day technician guy will try to fixed. I back very late and got answer can’t be fixed have to move another room. But was too late for me and the room very far 2. But the worst was at breakfast when I can’t have a coffee takeaway!!!! Very Bad especially that You have a paper cups! So paid over 1. 000¥ Per night for that service?!? So no need to fight with stuff, just moved to Wanda Hotel where is quiet nice and always takeaway coffee ☕️ is warm welcome

Doesn’t fulfill the promises of the Pullman world. Location is great, but rooms are quite small. Staff is not as intently as in other Pullman places. You don’t feel as welcome as you wish to feel in a 5 star hotel. Next time I will look for an alternative place.

Requested a room change after one night due to a very strong musty odor. The front desk accommodated me but a bellhop never came to assist with moving my luggage. Little attention to details that make a hotel stay comfortable.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 10 years and love it. However, the one fault it always has is with the wifi. If it is early in the morning China time, there must be so many people using it that you cannot even get on. For someone traveling for business, not being able to rely on the internet is a bad thing and even makes a person contemplate changing hotels.

But unfortunately, our internet broke down during Chinese Labor Holiday (during your stay ) and we can only call someone to repair as soon as possible. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience this caused. In addition, because of the restriction of Chinese Government, some of the oversea website can not be accessed freely. My stopovers in Dongguan are pretty quick now, as I spend normally one or maximum 2 nights each time during my travels between suppliers, Check in was fine with a little hiccup on being given a room which was still be used by another client. Thanks to ADY for her swift attention in clearing that up! She was very apologetic and very nice and quick in finding a replacement room for me immediately, what I found surprising was the lack of fruit and biscuits which I normally receive when i stay there, perhaps due to last minute change of room, it ended up at the other room? Overall great experience, couldn't have the breakfast this time as had a very early appointment outside but thanks again to ADY for the late checkout as it helped me on my return to freshen up before moving on another city.

This is a very nice (not cheap) facility. Good food, excellent attentive employees, everyone speaks to you. My Room even had a faucet with drinkable water (no I didn’t drink it), but I did use it for my water kettle instead of bottled water.
