I've stayed at the Pullman Forum - Dongguan quite a few times now over the past 3 years. The hotel has always been very accommodating and clean. My recent stay from 6/25-7/2 was a little different of an experience. The staff were wonderful per usual, but my room smelled of smoke, and the breakfast buffet wasn't as good as I've previously seen. Also, one morning at breakfast, I went to sit down at my seat and there was a dead lizard of some sort on the floor below my feet. I asked for one of the wait staff to check it out and clean it up. He grabbed it with his bare hands then threw it into the dirty dishes bin like it was no problem at all. Needless to say, I did not eat breakfast after that...

Only there for little time and each time for business and the hotel is quite nice and has a nice relaxing feel. I did wait for my holding deposit to be released which took from my hotel stay approx 5 days, which i feel you can improve this to be released on day of finished stay, and the holding fee was double the actual fee

I like your hotel very much because it is very comfortable and located in a convenient place of the city. The only things I need to complain is that: - The room card is often not working. I had to go to reception for refresh my cards many times in the first two days of my stay. - ***The wifi signal is soooooooo bad. I hardly can use it. Please improve. - I know the humidity of GZ area is very extreme. but if you can find a way to get rid of the moldy smell in the corridor that would be great.

Normally are overnight stopovers in Dongguan, but this time decided to spend more time using hotel facilities, first and foremost, many thanks to Selina at reception for her speedy check in and check out experience, she is a great asset to the team and I enjoyed chatting with her. Only one issue I cannot understand, this is a resort hotel, you have indoor and outdoor pools, I can understand the logic of using a swim cap in the indoor pool as people are doing laps in it, but am quite baffled on using them in your resort type outdoor pool? As that is more of a fun pool so don't understand the need to wear swim caps there? Otherwise the room, (thanks for the fruit and cookies!) breakfast, drinks etc, all else is so good and always has the good to be back feeling. Thanks + Regards Umesh
