I and my friends reserved 3 rooms. However, we spent about 45min for the check-in and check-out time because their documentary is confusing. In addition, facilities are not enough such as Karaoke is closed and badminton court and tennis court are renovated.

It was good to stay again at the Pullman But i suggest that, happen same improvements on the breakfast are, as a new cofe machine it is old and I see that a lot of customers are not happy whit it. the all breakfast need a better attention and quality of food, to me the best break fest that you can have in the region is on the Hyatt international , i think that is a good reference to improve at Pullman. Also I think that the prices at the bar and at the restaurant are hi, in comparing to the outside restaurants like green bistro, martins or on of the road. maybe this is a way to made it more attractive to more guests.

I paid 110 euros for a superior room with apparently spectacular views, there was nothing spectacular about the view looking over deck area The room smelt like a dirty wet astray to put it politely, maybe I should have checked but a booking for one person doesn’t require two single beds, one queen size would have been more appropriate And on top of it for ALL I paid there wasn’t even breakfast or a cup of coffee included. I stayed here on recommendation from the company that I had travelled to visit, I should have stayed at the intercontinental where I recieve ambassador privileges. Needless to say the company that suggested the Pullman Forum were quite embarrassed and from a Chinese perspective I believe probably offended as well When I raised these items I did not get any form of assistance to either resolve or discuss with upper management I stayed in Shanghai for two nights at the Hyatt Regency in a magnificent room, with excellent service and breakfast for the same price as one night at the Pullman, I was certainly expecting something else to what I experienced Regards Dominic M.

I've stayed at the Pullman Forum - Dongguan quite a few times now over the past 3 years. The hotel has always been very accommodating and clean. My recent stay from 6/25-7/2 was a little different of an experience. The staff were wonderful per usual, but my room smelled of smoke, and the breakfast buffet wasn't as good as I've previously seen. Also, one morning at breakfast, I went to sit down at my seat and there was a dead lizard of some sort on the floor below my feet. I asked for one of the wait staff to check it out and clean it up. He grabbed it with his bare hands then threw it into the dirty dishes bin like it was no problem at all. Needless to say, I did not eat breakfast after that...
