I always enjoy staying at the Pullman, as they go out of their way to insure a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located just off the subway line (QiFeng Park - Exit E) assuring horrendous traffic can be avoided. It's also next to QiFeng Park, a great place to exercise always.

I always stay in the Pullman forum dongguan whenever I'm in town for work. It's always comfortable and the location is very convenient. This past trip I tried the beef jerky snack from the in room snack section. Had a few pieces and started thinking something was tasting off so I take a look at the bag. To my shock the beef jerky was well beyond (monthes) the expiration date. Checking expiration dates is not something I expect to have to do when staying in a luxury hotel. Thankfully I didn't get too sick but It was disgusting nonetheless. Especially since beef jerky has an outrageous shelf life so I can only imagine how long that bag has been in the room. I don't normally send feedback like this but I figured it would be good for your quality team to hear about this. Cheers Jon

That is the production date but not the expire date, beside the date, we could find the Chinese "生产日期“, which means "the production date". Please don't worry. Our housekeeping staff check the food daily and we didn't provide the expired food for guests. If you want to confirm it, we could send the picture to you. Of course, we understand all the introductions on the pack are in Chinese, so it is easy for guest to misunderstand. We are sorry for that and to prevent this misunderstanding from happening again, we will replace the beef jerk by another snack. Wonderful Front office duty manager Duke and Micheal who let me to use the shower facilities before my mid night flight. as I am Platinum member and also being with this hotel long time. However my wish to use swimming pool was denied by Fitness manager Mr Yuan. Fully Understood that I checked out already however this is the first time I requested to use shower and swimming after I checked out during my 10 years stay with this hotel. Gym and Fitness manager Mr Yuan follow the term and condition of the hotel and even duty manager try to assist me I was not able to use it. Just for the information, rest of the Accor group hotel and Hilton and Hyatt hotel has never refused similar request for the last 20 years. Only asked for first time at this hotel for the last 10 years. Appreciated the shower very much though. Thank you.
