We celebrated our 10th marriage anniversary at Sofitel Zallaq & it was a right choice to select this property. Though we are based in Bahrain, we had good time at the other side of the island. The service was excellent, the front desk guy Hussain's customer service was very welcoming & co-operative. All in all we had very good time at your venue.

the main issue with the hotel that doesn't have sound insulator, I could hear all sounds which makes me wake up from 7 AM the non disturbing system never works for long time I found huge lizard in my balcony where room service removed it, I was really wondered why large hotel didn't have control pest the room service and dining toke very long time to bring the food, no glasses for drink available in the room (which is basic things should be available in the room), why I should wait 45 minutes to get them ??

I like the resort style and the facilities, I would like to give 10 stars but the room service was disappointed, I ask for scissors in the night and they didn't bring it, I called again and they did nothing, the second situation was in the morning of checkout day at 11 am (I had late checkout 3pm) I asked the room service to clean the room but they refused, cause as they said no cleaning for checkout.
