It was extremely relaxing. I loved our ground floor room, which gave us easy access to the lawn and pool. Room service food and coffee were really good. French Press option a plus. Special thanks to lost and found personnel and representative I spoke with on the phone, from USA, who held my jacket that I left in the ballroom after our event (wedding). They are holding it for me.

Although my stay was for my wedding ceremony that was held at the hotel, but this time there were alot of mistakes with reservations, and also this time the rooms had little problems. My room for example, the fridge was leaking, so i always had water on the room's floors. My parents were upgraded to the royal suite after a misunderstanding from the hotel staff, so that was a positive thing, but also the royal suite had a problem with the electrical breaker, something always shuts off from the breaker. Another problem was that suddenly two rooms that were booked for my wofe's guests for the wedding were cancelled, also alot of duplicate payments were made although the staff knew that everything was payed beforehand. This time the front desk had serious problems. There is no communication between the staff themselves, and apparently they were all gaurantying some stuff regarding the rooms and reservations, and when me and most of the people came to check in, there was always a problem either the rooms that were booked are missing, or they say that thenrooms were not payed so they made us pay, although most of the bookings were already payed with extra charges. I really dont know what was going on with the front desk staff this time, but alot of money was payed that was not necessary because the bookings were payed before.

On arrival I was greeted with warmth and compassion, I was also upgraded to a superior room with a sea view which was a nice touch. The room itself was very spacious and immaculately cleaned for our arrival. The food in all restaurants we tried was first class along with the service. My only complaint which you have no control over was the lack of atmosphere due to very few people choosing to use the restaurants on site.
