The hallways on all floors were filthy and smelly ! If you are going to permit pets (dogs and cats, etc.), you need to install a tile floor instead of a carpet (moquette) because it will be easier to clean after it becomes soiled by the animals.

Everything went nicely. Room was clean, hotel situated in a good place and everything was near. The swimming pool was quite Small. Only minus is that there is a problem in refunding their Check-in deposits. I have now waited for one week to get the deposit back to my account.

« Incredibly disappointing - I will rethink staying at a Mercure »

Rooms were old - which is acceptable. Gym was poorly thought out, had very cheap equipment, very silly operating hours (why can’t it be 24/7?). I had a very unfortunate experience where I was told I had a 50% discount at the hotels restaurant to only find out when I was checking out that it did not apply in France..... someone is miss informed here. Overall, just so disappointed!

« Lovely hotel, lovely people »

The hotel is beautiful -- right on the beach, excellent spa facilities, perfect location. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The fact that room service is no extra charge was much appreciated -- we had arrived after four hours in the car and just did not feel like making ourselves presentable for the dining room. (And we NEVER feel like making ourselves presentable before breakfast!) The staff are very friendly and super competent. Very highly recommended.

Excellent location. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The 4-star hotel keeps up with its standards. Although my French is quite good, many of the staff speak English. The personnel in the Thalasso Spa were friendly, efficient and well qualified. One in particular Sabine always introduced herself in a friendly manner and explained the treatments.

« Bad service, bad condition of the house »

The house ist quite new, but not so fine maintained and in a quite bad shape. In my room the power power point came out of the wall, I wrote about this to the staff - no reaction. What a pity to see a house that could be great so badly managed. Long waiting for check-out - one employe working at the reception, two having small-talk behind while many people were waiting.
