Bathroom not clean (fungus in the shower), no paper towels, no vanity kit, bed sheets not ironed, but most disappointed was that the room service is not available 24 hours..... at 2.30am we had to get dressed and walk to get something to eat or drink, the food trucks in front of the hotel were excellent solution for a quick bite. The mini bar in the room was empty except a complimentary large bottle of water. Is been our 3rd year staying in the hotel and for sure the last. Hope this help improve your service.

« A lot to do »

It was great there are a lot of activities. But there are a few thigns that dont make it wow. The pool was a bit dirty it seems the filters were not working. They charge you the rackets t play tennis or paddle and you have to go ask dont know where the ponpong ball is either. The rooms firegde did not work. Other then that it was great

Everything was perfect, great room so friendly staff, beautiful outside grounds but very disappointing breakfast very limited selection and not much healthy food options. Should be improved with such an impressive hotel.

The hotel is lovely, the personal, however, is not trained in customer service and do not make you feel welcome nore accommodate your requests. 1) the receptionist did not make us fell welcome 2) there was no water in the room, we were three and there war only shampoo for one 3) when requesting an iron I was told to hold on, and then I was told that this service was not available at this hotel. When someone picked up my shirts to be ironed, I was told that this service was available but the person couldn't tell me why I had been denied an iron. When I repeated my request on the hotel phone it was repeated to me in a very rude manner that this service was not available to guests at this hotel! The mixed messages were confusing!!! 4) when I received my shirts back one of them was stained with the product used upon ironing and I had to sent another shirt to be ironed and change my outfit for a working day. All experiences that makes you fell unimportant and unwelcomed as a guest!!! I would like to use your services in the future due to the excellent facilities and I hope your customer service improves!!! Thank you very much!

The relaxing area at the spa could have more amenities. The carpet in our room #436 was dirty, towels and toiletries in the bathroom were not enough. Dinner at Le Gula was ok but not as good as other occasions I’ve had dinner there. Still the stay was good but like I said could’ve been better.
