« Run down and not very friendly staff »

The staff at checkin was very unengaged. It took for ever to check in and the baby cot ordered at booking took additional discussion to get. The room was not too clean and seemed quite run down. Not at all like the pictures. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Generally very satisfactory. Staff were friendly and able to fulfil requirements we had. I noticed the building was about to be refurbished. This is a good idea. some paint work and the carpets were in need of attention. The breakfast was very good. the situation of the apartments was very useful for travelling around Paris.

This was my third stay at adagio hotel Haussmann. As far as location / pricing this hotel is really convenient ! If you a good sport (flat shoes, sneakers) you can literally walk to Champs, Grand Palais, Louvre, and Eifel tower ! Supermarket / great restaurants all close by (5 minutes) Also if you arrive by train - 15 minutes and you are there from letzs say Gare de est - now the buts :( carpets in the rooms are really dirty (so bring flip flops) and if you get a room to the street be ready - its a four lane street NYC style :) Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is basic but works well. For the well traveled recommended (i am sure you had worse and better experiences) for the new bees looking for a honeymoon get away weekend - this is not it - but you can have a solid funcional stay in a easy location

« lots of issues but at the end the manager was able to provide us with a good stay. »

Our stay at the hotel started with a rocky start. I have requested in two separate mails that we would like to have a room not facing the boulevard because we were traveling with a 10 month old baby and we needed a quite room. When we got our room we were of course facing the boulevard, when i went down to ask for a room on the opposite side (as requested earlier and approved via email for reception staff) they told me that they didn’t have a room for that night and that we would need to wait until the following day to move to another room. The crib wasn’t in the room when we entered so we had to wait to get it and when it arrived we were in shock. I have noticed that there was no mattress just a play and sleep crib (which is fine as we have one at home). They advised us that for security reasons they do not provide you with a baby mattress and that they will bring us duvets so we can improvise a mattress. I was in deep shock receiving this information, as we have traveled with our baby many times before and at every hotel, apartment that we stayed we of course had a mattress in the crib for our baby to sleep in a COMFORTABLE, SAFE AND CLEAN space with the SUPPORT that he needs! That night he slept with us in a queen sized bed. While the manager was trying to contact other hotels to led us a mattress, the following morning we decided to buy a mattress because i wasn’t going to wait a couple of days for a mattress to arrive at the hotel and letting my baby sleep in a unsafe environment. The manager was doing the best he could to find a mattress for us. As he couldn’t get a mattress due to “safety reasons” which is just absurd (it would be the same if we entered a room and there wasn’t a mattress for us adults due to safety regulations!?). We went and bought a travel sized mattress and the kind manager told us that we would refund us, which he did. Overall our stay would have been fine if the requests that i have send prior to our trip were full-field with the room being on the opposite side of the boulevard and having a mattress for the crib! The rooms do need a renovation, especially the furniture as it is very worn down and the carpets are extremely dirty. Thanks once more to the manager (unfortunately i didn’t ask for his name) and to a young asian lady working at the reception desk that tried their best to provide us with a nice stay.

« Room was dirty and very below par for the price! »

The carpet in our room seemed like pigs eat out....never seen anything like it in a hotel at this price. Fold out bed had a cheap and very uncomfortable mattress. Very disappointed, will certainly NOT COME BACK !!

« Worst hotel I've ever experienced »

1. Racist unkind customer service of a young blonde woman at the front desk in the afternoon. 2. Room condition vibrating mold smell 3. Suspicious hygiene bedding 4. Unwashed curtains, curtains that do not block light 5. Toilet without vents 6. I was with an infant but I DO NOT want to visit again because of hygiene.

« Good location, nice staff but a few surprises »

Staff was very welcome. We were authorised to keep our luggages a few hours before check-in and after check out. However I was disappointed on certain aspects: - Apartment needs renovation, old and used furniture, dirty carpet (ink?), no cleaning such as vacuum cleaning during all our stay (1 week) - Carpet renovation on our floor in corridor during day, very noisy, people not discreet and no warning from direction about the disruption.

Loved having a little kitchenette. One of the knives was broken and there was no spatula but otherwise it was well equiped. Room was relitively large for the price which was amazing. Carpet is a little stained and looks dirty but that's fine. Bed was very confortable. We were provided a code for the front door upon arrival but they changed the code during the day and the receptionist did not mention this was going to happen.

The hotel locatipn is perfect. Very large and confortable apartment, with a good equipped kitchen. The staff looks a little unorganized ( I had to say three times that I had already payed breakfast and late checkout!) Breakfast was very poor and every morning dishes or cups were missing!

It was ok but I was expecting to have at least the room done daily as a normal hotel room. We had one night where the aircon was broken which was not great as it was hot outside and that we had a bad night sleep because of that. The room was good size & nice and staff very nice
