If they do not offer air conditioning, and they should clarify that. In my case, there was no air conditioning but they did not tell me that was broken. They gave me a dirty fan first, and after I complained they gave me another one.

When I arrived the first day (June 29th evening), air conditioning was not working, but the front desk person did not tell me that, and I realized on Friday(July 5th) when the AC started working. On June 29th, the receptionist gave me a dirty fan the first time, after I complained, I got one but very weak for the weather at that time 90 degrees Fahrenheit. I will never recommend to my friends and relatives to book any Adagio Hotel in Paris, especially Porte de Versailles. Laundry was delivered one day later than stated in the order. I'm very disappointed of the service, especially because they did hide the truth about the AC. Regards Raul B.

Unfriendly staff. Toilet very smelly of urine. Carpet dirty. Unable to have a late check out of 1 hour due to fully booked but was able to stay the extra hour if paid an additional day? Noticed the hotel more or less empty seen at the lobby. Have been staying at this hotel since years even when it was still Pierre et vacance. Very very disappointed. It spoiled 2 days of our holidays for myself, my wife and my daughter.

pretty comfortable and clean, fully equipped with. desk telephone did not work properly (either switched off or very quiet hearness). it was not possible to get a taxi twicely (the hotel personal did everything to book but a taxi not arrived).

Stayed 5 nights at room 10, ground floor. Enjoyed the plenty space apartment with kitchen and a small garden. Felt relaxing and comfortable after working. There's no housekeeping service during our staying, but I guess you may ask for it.

« Even for free, is not woth. »

Dirty, not just the disgusting carpet that stank like faeces, but also the bed sheets that had mysterious yellow spots. Attendance from the reception staff of the worst I've ever seen in my life. Not to mention that they were under construction and we could barely walk in the corridors to access our apartment. Shower running wrong and beds super small. We spent 6 days there and once the room was clean although we were paying over € 100 per day (without breakfast included) I would not recommend anyone to stay in this dump.

On March 11th I arrived quite late in the evening around 10pm. I cannot really talk about welcoming because checking-in was very "cold". Anyhow, after that I went to the room (nr. 610) and entered the bathroom. After a travel of 9 hrs I wanted to enjoy a shower but no way! On the sink I found 2 soaked and dirty towels (simply disgusting) + the bathtub was full of black mold. I have the pictures if someone is interested to see them. I am reporting this to my company (Gemalto) in any case. After this discovery I called the reception asking for assistance and the answer was "I don´t speak English, a colleague will call you in 1 hour". I am totally fine if someone does not speak English but I do not tolerate that someone supposed to call me back will just ignore me. No call received, so at 11pm I went downstairs to the reception asking “what are you planning to do”. Meanwile receptionist was chenged so I had to explain everything again. I then changed the room (nr 521) which was at least acceptable. The only positive note in all these very unpleasant 4 days was the checking-out, carried out in a very professional manner by Fernando, who sincerely apologized and showed empathy. I am a customer service team lead so I am well aware on how a customer should be handled. The customer expereince in this case can be defined a disaster. I will try to book another hotel for the next trips. Kind regards Stefano M.

I didn't actually stay, you only had one room available, which was awful, it had 3 tiny single beds, which were extremely hard, so I chose not to spend my nights in your apartments, also very dated, even though apparently this room had recently been refurbished .. the bathroom, kitchen area was not very nice. I would not recommend at all - Receptionist was lovely, but I think she was embarrassed with the room she had to offer.

One of the room that our president stayed had no heat and during the 5 nights of stay, there was no improvement so the room was always cold. The other room was facing your renovation at outside wall and the whole room was full of scent of paint during the stay without improvement. We are dissappointed about the hotel, during summer stay, the air-condition is always out of order and during winter stay, there was no heat. After reporting, there was almost no improvement during the stay. Very upset about this.

Overall fine, my biggest problem was the WiFi - very slow in my room (413), I ended up using my mobile data most of the time. Also, the breakfast can be improved - scramled eggs and pancakes are really missing

Booking was not that easy, and the only way to get the apartment was through direct calling. When I first emailed ( the hotel was emailed directly), I was told there was no vacancy. However when I rang and spoke French, it appeared that there was a vacancy. I also thought that the second toilet in our apartment was a little smelly . Also, the shower was leaking - even after the hose was replaced; and the bath plug did not work, so they ended up removing the plug hence preventing us from using the bath! Apart from these comments, our experience was very pleasant overall ( In fact, this was our fourth stay )
