« Very disappointing! »

We had a four nights booking for an official trip. Since we wanted to stay on another two nights we made another booking requesting if we could continue in the same room. To our utter dismay and despite our request at the reception our room was not cleaned even once. No change of sheets no cleaning of the bathroom etc. It was like staying in a pig sty. We’ve never had such a horrible stay. To make matters worse we were locked out of our room when we returned on Thursday the 12th of September after a day of sight seeing, and only when we showed our confirmation mail were we let in by the concierge. This was upsetting and harassing when we returned tired and sleepy. The guy manning the reception was rude and sarcastic. Overall the hotel experience was not pleasant at all.

enjoyable, convenient. good location. one bad thing is the furniture is old and broken in the room 610. another thing which i did not like is the bed is not a bed but a sofa bed which is a bad sign.

« So close to Monte Carlo, what a great place! »

My stay with family was very pleasant and quiet. No major problems that could bother our wonderful vacation. I had stayed at this hotel last year (2018) so I can make a comparison. Although I would advise a stay again, I think this year they have lost quality in one aspect, or I was less lucky in the room I was allocated. This one had no toaster (last year it had). But would stay again in this hotel. Friendly hosts, good location and good price quality.

« Ok, for Monaco, but this is in France »

As previously people stated WiFi is really bad, I tested to a server in Nice 155ms delay which explains the poor performance. Using 4g would be an option but the proximity to Monaco makes my phone roam to there.

« Worst hotel I have ever stayed out in the world. »

Room was so hot we sweated and slept without sheets. They replaced the thermostat but that didn’t work. Was told that we would have 2 single beds not a Murphy bed and a foldout chair. The breakfast was bad. The scrambled eggs were runny. Milk for cereal was hot. Thank goodness for danish. Thankfully location was good or for the price of room it would have been worse than the worst.

I am a celiac. I asked -two times- before arriving at the hotel if I could have some gluten-free items for breakfast. The answer was YES two times. The first day, in the breakfast room I asked about the gluten-free items. The lady had no idea about it. OK, I thought. No problem. The second day I bought some gluten-free food for myself, but, asked again. No gluten-free items, no idea about what I was talking about... The hotel, the reception people, the place, all were ok. A little bit old the room for the price, but good enough. It is a pity because my children were in love with the city and they would like to repeat sometimes in the future, but we can not trust in the Adagio chain. « Good location, very average accommodation »

Clean. The front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the attendant kept everything clean and well stocked. Expected real bed, not fold up bed with thin mattress. Our room was very hot because of inadequate air conditioning. We asked for it to be fixed but they only said to close the bedroom door which did not help. If not for a fan that we found, it would have been unbearable. Our friends room was slightly cooler but had no fan, so I suspect the fan was left from the previous guests due to the same problem. Should supply more than one thin towel per person since no daily maid service.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. And we where not satisfied. When we arrived we did not have enough bedwere and the beds warnt made up. So I had to do it myself. The sope in the bathroom was probably full of bacterials since it was almost empty and one to fill up. Not a new small for every guest. The pool time was to short. Closed to early. And chechout at 11am is one hour earlier than normal hotels. It should be at 12. We would not recommend this hotel. BUT the location was really good. It should be info about parking in the order before arrival. Wifi was really bad. It was no phone in the room. Not one that we 5 manage to find. When we checked out the staff was more occupied with answering the phone than helping us. It was out turn but she would reither answer the phone.

« Old hotel with terrible receptionist »

We stayed for 2 nights and booked an apartment for 5 persons. Clearly this was forgotten as we had to pull out the 5th bed and make it by ourselves, also there were no towels for 5 pers. The apartment was old with more broken things but it was clean and fine for a 2 night stay. The blond daytime receptionist was terrible and completely uninterested in her work. She was either talking with her colls or on the phone and it was very obvious that she was talking bad about us (the customers). Unfortunately we bought parking at the reception which was much more expensive than if we had just pulled a ticket and paid on our own. The positive was the 2 night guys - how were both very friendly. Also the breakfast was great and the woman fixing it were also very friendly.
