As previously people stated WiFi is really bad, I tested to a server in Nice 155ms delay which explains the poor performance. Using 4g would be an option but the proximity to Monaco makes my phone roam to there.

« Worst hotel I have ever stayed out in the world. »

Room was so hot we sweated and slept without sheets. They replaced the thermostat but that didn’t work. Was told that we would have 2 single beds not a Murphy bed and a foldout chair. The breakfast was bad. The scrambled eggs were runny. Milk for cereal was hot. Thank goodness for danish. Thankfully location was good or for the price of room it would have been worse than the worst.

I am a celiac. I asked -two times- before arriving at the hotel if I could have some gluten-free items for breakfast. The answer was YES two times. The first day, in the breakfast room I asked about the gluten-free items. The lady had no idea about it. OK, I thought. No problem. The second day I bought some gluten-free food for myself, but, asked again. No gluten-free items, no idea about what I was talking about... The hotel, the reception people, the place, all were ok. A little bit old the room for the price, but good enough. It is a pity because my children were in love with the city and they would like to repeat sometimes in the future, but we can not trust in the Adagio chain. « Good location, very average accommodation »

Clean. The front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the attendant kept everything clean and well stocked. Expected real bed, not fold up bed with thin mattress. Our room was very hot because of inadequate air conditioning. We asked for it to be fixed but they only said to close the bedroom door which did not help. If not for a fan that we found, it would have been unbearable. Our friends room was slightly cooler but had no fan, so I suspect the fan was left from the previous guests due to the same problem. Should supply more than one thin towel per person since no daily maid service.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. And we where not satisfied. When we arrived we did not have enough bedwere and the beds warnt made up. So I had to do it myself. The sope in the bathroom was probably full of bacterials since it was almost empty and one to fill up. Not a new small for every guest. The pool time was to short. Closed to early. And chechout at 11am is one hour earlier than normal hotels. It should be at 12. We would not recommend this hotel. BUT the location was really good. It should be info about parking in the order before arrival. Wifi was really bad. It was no phone in the room. Not one that we 5 manage to find. When we checked out the staff was more occupied with answering the phone than helping us. It was out turn but she would reither answer the phone.

« Old hotel with terrible receptionist »

We stayed for 2 nights and booked an apartment for 5 persons. Clearly this was forgotten as we had to pull out the 5th bed and make it by ourselves, also there were no towels for 5 pers. The apartment was old with more broken things but it was clean and fine for a 2 night stay. The blond daytime receptionist was terrible and completely uninterested in her work. She was either talking with her colls or on the phone and it was very obvious that she was talking bad about us (the customers). Unfortunately we bought parking at the reception which was much more expensive than if we had just pulled a ticket and paid on our own. The positive was the 2 night guys - how were both very friendly. Also the breakfast was great and the woman fixing it were also very friendly.

Through Hotels.com I had booked and paid two (2) rooms. Upon arrival we were given only one (1) room (room 510) and told it was considered as two rooms. My itinerary shows payment for two rooms of 27 square metres each - and room 510 most certainly isn't that. Because of this I have complained to Hotels.com who have contacted you and received the answer that we were given two rooms. Shame on you!

we had a lovely stay in a newly renovated apartment. nice with supermarket and bakery close by. is within walking distance to the beach and casino. nice with the rooftop pool. friendly staff at reception.

Very nice place. We had a nice new room. Great locaction, only 4 minutes walk to Caffe de Paris or 5 minutes to the Budha bar. Wery nice and helpful ememployees. Great value. I can only recommended it.

The hotels has been renovated and it’s much better compared to last stay. We didn’t get two appartements next to each other or in the same floor. We were 14(8 adults, 4 kids of 3 to 12 years old and 2 babies under 1 year of age), to make sure that everything is ok for the reservation and we got what we need, I sent emails(some got reply, others no) and Upon our arrival after long drive, the receptionist told us that we have to take another extra apartment due to security reason cause the apartments that we booked are only for 6 person each. I found this ridiculous cause I sent email, I got each time a different person who reply and even on phone they proposed me to take 2 apartments of 6 and now at the reception they told me to take an extra apartment. Luckily I showed her the email that I received. Then she said it’s ok for this time. We didn’t get the baby cots that I asked for. They came up with the baby cots without any bed linen. We couldn’t open the baby cot ourself so we have to wait for someone to come and he doesn’t know either.

Ideal for what we wanted, rooms were clean and tidy. Pool is smaller than it looks on pictures, but perfect for a quick cool off and great spot to sunbathe. Breakfast was good. Good location. Would use again.

The apartment was ok, nothing special. Not cleaned properly before our arrival, still had other guests' trash in the apt. The shower cannot hold any temperature, to dangerous levels of burning.

The hotel was ok, but I think you can improve some areas like towels I can't understand why are you going to charge for towels is absurd, this is basic in any hotel around the world. At least some housekeeping for the room is also basic if you are going to stay 1 week , somebody has to come and clean the room at least once. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from. I highly recommend taking into consideration these 2 basic points. Regards,
