The overall experience is very disappointing. The room looked odd, small and dark. Even we turned on all the lights, it didn't feel comfortable at all. One of our light was not working. We have 2 people together, but there was only one pair of slipper, one set of shower and shampoo. The toilet was shaking. The front desk was not welcoming. There were some shopping products at the lobby, but only one staff carried the key. So we failed to purchase as that person went home. Before I booked this hotel, my friend recommended Four Seasons to me. But I thought Sofitel had better location. I made the wrong choice. This was the last night we were in Morocco, and it was the worst hotel in our whole trip. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anybody.

Good hotel placed in the center of Casablanca. Good service and good rooms. Perfect view over the Medina towards the Mosque. High quality breakfast and dinner with high service. The trafic around the hotel is difficult.

I was in my way from tangier to Casablanca in Saturday afternoon and needed a place to stay. Did the booking, it was my first stay at Sofitle Casablanca and from the minute I walked in there is a was nice feeling about the hotel. Fatima and her colleague (forgot his name ) at front desk showed a warm welcome and Fatima told me with a big smile that Room upgrade is done. Smooth check in a professional manner. It was nice feeling as it was my first time and felt relax and almost at home. They made sure my request for feather free pillows are done, dust free, this take me to also thanks house keeping for promote response. Bear in mind I made the booking 6:30pm and I was at the hotel 7:30pm. I would also like to point out my encounter with Iman front desk supervisor who is incredibly professional, calm, good listener and also seem to be a good leader. I had conversation with her during this stay. And back in April 2019 I used the hotel spa and needed some money exchange and she was a great help. To list some of the front desk team who I had contact with: Sanaa who was really nice and efficient when I needed some help with first aid kit in my last day. Hafsa and wisal. Lina from guest relation came across professional, discreet and genuine which key as guest relation. The spa manager Samera has demonstrated the meaning of looking after guest interest. As she told me about an offer during morning time in which a Pervious personal I came in contact did not mention it. Big thank you for Smara and her staff . My experience with breakfast staff and Resturant again was excellent. Breakfast selection was sufficient but may be they could do a little bit more. Marouan he was looking after my table during my stay and he was very professional, discreet , spot on with understating my requests and drink orders, I would say he is standard are very high level. hajar hostess met her in my last day and she came across professional Meriem was my first contact at breakfast and great experienced professional, genuine, caring and I am sure she will have a great future. Ilham came across as professional, talented chef as she made home kind of traditional Moroccan food mesmen and harsha the best I had. Hayat I am sure she is not mentioned in a lot of reviews or surveys and I would like to say she is the one made sure we have a clean floor during our breakfast and what impress me about her that she was discreet, efficient and professional and posture and attitude. The concierge and bellmen team really one of the professional, efficient, discreet, full of energy and consistent in terms they attitude. To name a few yassine mustapha Hicham reda mohssine Meriem. I could not thanks them enough. Also I had one telephone conversation with the nine or zero number and it was Asma and she came across professional and good listener. Finally I would like to say I lived in hotels for over ten years and it’s nit easy to get a whole team in sync and I think this property has that. So keep the staff motived is we can return again and enjoy a great hospitality. I am sure the senior management team also deserve a thank you as I am sure they have a major role to give their staff the freedom and space , training to deliver an excellent guest service and experience. This was my fist stay with Accor group after many years. I have loyal guest with Starwood and marriot( Marriott bonvoy now). I would love to stay back again with Accor group but sadly this stay will it count as I did the booking via booking. Com and I did not know that. I am supposed back to Casablanca in October .

I have to say the staff was incredible, from the front door to the front desk to the maintenance and cleaning crew. Very professional and understanding! The only bad part of out stay was the shower flooding the bathroom, but was promptly resolved. I would definitely come back for the staff!

The people and reception team were outstanding and really tried their best throughout. Highly commend them and their overall service. The hotel room itself needs a bit of upgrading. The sofa has cigarette holes in it and for a 5 star hotel this should be updated.

We had a 1 night stay at Sofitel Casablanca. We had our room upgraded to a suite. While the room appeared to be clean, there were areas that looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in a while. For example, the sinks had water stains around them and there were spider webs in the shower. The shower/tub was also a problem. Our room had a shower and a stand alone bath tub. We had problems with the water temperature for both. The bath tub water would not get anything warmer than room temperature at best, making us unable to use it, while the shower temperature would fluctuate from extremely hot to extremely cold in the matter of seconds without even touching the faucet, which made for a very unpleasant shower. We knew there was an indoor pool at this hotel and wanted to check it out. Upon going to the pool area, we noticed that the pool floor was filthy. The steps felt dirty and there was noticeable grime around the floor of the pool. Additionally, the water was uncomfortably cold. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel.
