1- Houskeeping I was ask for Iran takes 35 minutes to get it and when was delivered was broken and not working I called again and ask if can replace it takes again 30 minutes and when the house man give it to me I ask him if he test it before he comes .he said no I ask him to wait until I try it and again the 2nd one not working at All I give him the 2 Iran’s and I ask him in please arrange anther one and make sure is working I don’t close the door he use some of bad word in Urdu language when he is moving in hall way and he take again 35 minutes to arrange anther Iran what was in deferent power plug and not working I don’t give to him and say it is fine thank s 2- when we call at help desk they mention the name of the guest but they don’t maintain them name 3- Housekeeping desk when we call they replay through the phone is hallo nothing else 4- the Frant disk. Shaheen he is the best I sow him there 5-breakfast frist day was not good but the 2nd day was great

First of all as soon as you enter you will start feeling suffocated so you will wait for some time for the ac to run and after 5 min you will find out that the AC is malfunctioning then you will go to wash your you will find that shower head is broken and needs repairs I really don't know is there a service department in the hotel and are they checking the rooms before the guest arrives if yes then why I found out all this issues

We will make sure that the procedure is being reinforced. However, we do not seem to find records that our staff had been made aware of that while staying with us; naturally we would have changed you to another room. Please in future in any hotel, including ours, if you have a complaint make it known during your stay as every hotelier wants nothing more than for you to thoroughly enjoy your stay. Pros: Stay was Pleasant and staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good with discounted price. Rooms were Clean, Neat and Tidy. Cons: I know the IBIS Standard rooms comes with a default size but at least restrooms require some more space for comfort. I selected Smoking room but room already had mild smoke smell inside when we checked in, I didn't raise an issue as I selected smoking room. But it shouldn't be there. Overall Nothing big to dissatisfy me.

All ibis hotels across the world operate on a self-service basis and are designed for couples or individuals not large families. As you will know there is space to accommodate a cot but not extra beds as are available in our 4 star sister hotel, the Novotel. It clearly shows on sites such as Booking,com how many people can be accommodated in the room so we are sorry that you did not note this when making your hotel choice. What I can apologise for is that your room had not been sufficiently refreshed before your arrival. We apologise for the inconvenience but are delighted that you were impressed with the friendliness of our team, the cleanliness of your room and our buffet breakfast. These 3 things you will also experience in the Novotel which I feel would better match your future requirements and we would be very happy to welcome you there the next time you are visiting Fujairah.
