Last minute stay at reasonable price including a lovely breakfast, with variety of options. Room was really clean and spacious, with sizeable bathroom. Highly recommended. Staff were extremely professional and excellent service.

The receptionist is of very difficult character without understanding the need and grief of the guests. Room service is lazy no washroom accessories were provided.

« Good place...but few loose ends »

Joy was somewhat short of comete as few loose ends were there. Room 3511 does not have wash room that can be bolted. The doors have magnetic bolts..which does not close..no logic in it 2 day breakfast totally same...u need to get few items changed..

The toilet bowl in room no. 1521 was deeply stained. Almost a half of the bathroom was flooded with water leaked from the shower cubicle, which was a safety risk for anyone stepping into the bathroom and stepping out of the shower cubicle. Accumulated dust particles were very clearly visible on the lamp shades. And the room itself was dusty.

The staff here are amazing, each and everyone of them except for one but I would not let that individual experience allow me to be negative. Milfred at Reception, Sawant at the bell desk, the Filipino hostess at Colours restaurant for the Iftar dinner were extremely warm, welcoming and hospitable. Tasty and well presented buffets, the chefs are out there mingling as and when possible. Overall highly recommended!!
