All in all, I was satisfied with my stay at Novotel. The food and the service in the buffet restaurant was excellent. The room service was good too. But I rate my overall experience at 8 out 10, because at the time of my check-in the receptionist informed me of the paid options only. Nothing was said about the gym, pool and laundry service included in the package and thus to be free for me. I learned about the gym and pool option from other guests. And I accidentally learned about the free laundry option way much later. So I had to take care of the laundry by myself for the greater part of my stay.

It was relaxing however we were not able to use the pool because there were too much people. We got locked out of the room also because nobody notified us that we should be checking out as early as 12noon. The reception only tried to call us at around 1:30pm.
