We were greeted pleasantly when we arrived. Access to the room was quickly dealt with. We were given our free drink as both of us are silver members of the Accor Loyalty Club. The bedroom was well situated with a view of the Volga river. The bathroom and room were clean and pleasing. Just one small point, it would be good to have 2 chairs in the room not just one. Dinner in the dining room was fine, as was breakfast.

Unfortunately was surprised by the fall down of the quality. Was staying into the room number 308. The mattress was old and covered with the thin second one. Second mirror in the toilet was clued over the first one with rust at the edges. Toilet room looks not fresh at all. Pricewise Ibis 3* is still ok, but I think that typically the visitor waits for other quality of the rooms for sure. Best regards, Alexander

Another beautiful stay with very kind, professional and polite personnel and no open wishes. The room was perfect. Creativity and improvements of comfort can be experienced continuously. « Clean, convenient but poor service in lobby bar »

I am a member of Le Club Accorhotels for a while and usually prefer staying at IBIS or Mercure hotels if they are available in the city I visit. I prefer IBIS for short stays and Mercure for longer ones. I stayed in many Accor Hotels in Russia (Moscow, St. Pete, Nizhniy Novgorod, Samara, Rostov-on-Don and others) and in Europe (Geneva, Warsaw...). What I like about Ibis and Mercure is consistent standards in all hotels, reasonable price and good service. But this was not the case for my last stay in IBIS Samara. I arrived late in the evening and after checking in and parking my car went down to lobby bar to have some drinks. The bar itself was very dirty - full of used dishes and glasses. When I asked barman to order some space for me he said he has no space and other guests will come to complete their meal. I took a seat at nearest table in lobby and was waiting for about 15 min for barman to come and take my order. When I reminded that I'm waiting barman said they don't serve tables. He was staying 5m to my table and seeing that I'm waiting but let me wait for 15 min and only then explained that he won't take my order. And during my 15 min wait no one came to bar to complete the meal and it stayed full of dirty dishes and glasses... At the end, I spent about 20 min in this bar and still couldn't have my drink despite it was empty of guests. This is not the service I can accept and I will avoid staying in IBIS Samara in future. Hope it was specific about IBIS Samara and I will still have good service in your other hotels. And I must say that I only had this issue with barman - the other personnel (receptionists, waitress in restaurant during my breakfast and others) were very kind, friendly and helpful. « Good service for a very reasonable price »

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, once had a dinner in the hotel restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and light, bed very comfortable, everything worked well, got a high floor and river view; food in the restaurant was simple, but very tasty and high quality, served very quickly and again the prices were very encouraging. In general, I am very satisfied with the service provided.
