The web site is very miss leading. The actual decor is very out dated. Around the pool big tiles need water blasting and little tiles need replacement. But the staff from the curb right thru really pull the place up.

This hotel offers a lot of good services, but has a lot of ways it could improve. 1) The restaurant copper bowls need to be cleaned inside and OUTSIDE the bowl. This clearly is a hygiene issue. 2) The plastic table cover needs to be washed and changed after each customer has eaten on it. I've had dirty plastic table covers from the previous customer. Additionally, my fork and knife were put directly on the dirty plastic table cover. Yuck. 3) there is no consistency in the table sets on the tables. Some tables have no knives, but they have forks. Some tables have glasses and others don't. Some tables have napkins and others don't. 4) the wall paint in the hallways is falling!

Showers were not working properly. Need to improve Jain food items in taste and variety. Rooms were not worth as per the money . There were no bath robs nor bathroom slippers. Overall it was disappointing . Toilet flush was not working properly. While bathing handshower busted and whole water went up to the ceiling. So sir / madam before charging your price to the customer for the room kindly check your rooms properly and make it comfortable to the customer . The price that you have charged me was not worth the room .

We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The overall experience was superb and amazing. The front desk team Suyog and Avinash were very supportive and always helped with all concerns. The room and hotel was very good. Breakfast was fantastic, the restaurants were just ok and overpriced. We scheduled a driver 2 days and the first day was great! The second day the driver would not take us where we wanted to go and forced us to go into stores we did not want to go to, I feel that he was getting paid to take us to these places.

The hotel rooms are nice. Otherwise we made several requests to the front desks that were never completed or followed up on. The pool area is dirty, including soiled furniture, and simply not kept well. The pool itself looked nice. The restaurant attached had several hygiene and health code violations including: bird poop on all the outside furniture, nuts and crackers that are served before every meal and drinks are kept in a plastic bin outside that has been bitten through by rats and kept in that position since lord knows how long. I brought those concerns up with the manager of the restaurant. It could be a very nice hotel if they kept all areas as clean as the rooms. Also, your guest policy should change. It is absurd to expect that non guest invitees are not allowed past 10. I felt personally targeted because there is absolutely no way you can keep track of that without profiling. If it is an issue of security you should find a way that you can log non guest visitors.

1.Check in took 45 mins. 2.When asked for additional room key, we were informed machine is not working and we will deliver it to the room. However no one delivered it to the room we went to the reception and collected it. 3. Gadda da Vida service extremely slow. 4. Asked for Masala Tea at breakfast table twice from 2 different waiters. None delivered. After follow up I was served tea made with chilled milk. Worse, the waiter was unapologetic when informed and did not care to take it away from the table.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very hospitable and kind. Special mention of a young person by the name of Jeetu who greeted me with a smile at the Reception Desk during my check in and check out. He was going a great job in spite of a heavy desk. Thank You. A bit of the disappointment was that the famous pub Gadda Di Vadda was closed for sitting outside because of the rains and some renovation work which was going on. My main aim of visiting this hotel was to see the awesome sunset - but it could not be helped considering the erratic weather conditions. Else the entire stay was very good.
