« Fantastic and Amazing Experience »

It was one of my memorable travels and Novotel Juhu was the perfect place. Fantastic experience starting from the sales to reception and all the departments. Special thanks the chefs who made amazing food which made a great start for my day. Special mention for House keeping team for all the timely cleaning and assistance. Overall I will be recommending and preferring Novotel Juhu to others as well as my first preference for my travels. Keep up the amazing work.

« old hotel need upgrading »

Not a pleasant stay. First day, arrive late. went to shower, the shower head holder wasn't secured. The drainage was blocked, water overflowed to the room. No slippers was provided until the last day. Couldn't get my iphone logged onto the wifi system (even the IT people couldn't made it work). The safe in the room doesn't work. Overall, the hotel facility are so old, they need to be upgraded. I don't know how can it be classified as a 4 stars hotel with what I experienced. The only positive point is the staffs are very friendly and try to be helpful.

I had a corporate booking with pre paid rent, only extras I had to pay, the re emotion was pretty arrogant in asking a advance swipe of my credit card. I refused so everything was to be paid imdly on consumption....... Room was average - old, obsolete and stale, room service also very average.

It was Good but when customer arrives at the reception for the check-in that time no one greeted customer and did not even ask for water , no nepkins in the rooms , one good thing is the hotel provide free meals for the babies . over all good but need to improve in customer service and need to replace bathroom fittings .

« The property is well maintained but services need to improve a lot »

The room allotted had a garbage dump view on one side and a partial ocean view on the other. I had specifically requested for an ocean view, atleast the management could have allotted the swimming pool with ocean view facing rooms on 2nd or 3rd floor. I would not have complained had I not paid extra for the view. The self service at the hotel is pathetic. Nobody helped us to find the way to the room. If bellboy services are not available, atleast the hotel should improve the directions experience. The room service is highly disappointing. For a couple room (double occupancy) there is only one hand and face towel that was kept. No dental kit or vanity set available. No conditioner or shampoo was available. I understand the hotel has a go green policy and would like to avoid waste. The better way to do so is get the checklist filled up during reservation or checkin so that as soon as your client enters the room, the basic things are there. My experience in other properties have been that the basic amenities are always available anything additional can be requested. At Novotel even basic amenities need to be requested. Even at a 4 star hotel such as Le Meridien, Egg benedict is served for breakfast. I was surprised with the quality of the breakfast. The breakfast chef also need to be trained on the language used in front of children. Chef was definitely polite with the customers but not with each other. I will not recommend staying in Novotel

« Very nice stay with great food. »

Food at Sampan and Olio was great. Bathroom fittings should be checked and maintained regularly. I believe house keeping and room service staff were very few. Had to make repeated calls to get work done. Later in the day a senior staff helped us getting it sorted. Thanks to him for help.

the checkin desk people were good but i was already tired and wanted to go rest for some time but suddenly the key wasent working in the first attempt i had to go back to the front desk again. the breakfast was good but there was no person to serve or help us out. it was just not expected from you people. the room and the laundry was good but the ac was again a problem because we had a stay when it was so hot and the ac was supposed to work but it was all stinky and humid. i was very unhappy and wanted to report this feedback way earlier but couldnt do that becuse of the tight schedule. would strongly recommend no one to have a stay with you people in the coming future.

« Horrible room condition for the price paid »

The room was a disaster zone. Torn carpets, poor quality bath towels, loud AC. when we checked in the room did not have the coffee maker, and other bath room supplies. We had to ask foreverything.

The staff members were courteous at all times. The room was nice and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were prompt and helpful. The only challenge was with making a room booking being a member. Member services for booking a room needs to be improved.
