The check-in time was extremely long. Ibis hotels, in general, have a very long check-in times even though I'm a member of Accor Hotels and my details are already in the system. This particular time the check-in was extremely long as I paid for my stay using my membership points and the check-in hotel staff member couldn't verify my payment and asked me to send him a screenshot of my mobile app showing the payment details. This is not a way to deal with a regular customer!!

1) room service is not cooperative 2) lot needs to improve in morning break fast. Every week same dishes and also not freshly made. 3) wifi in all corner rooms of each floor is not good and middle rooms in front of lift are noisy 4) As a gold member, hotel to serve timely welcome sweet s n fruit platter. But everytime it was Happening that we suppose to remind every time.

Had a great stay at the hotel whilst working in Abu Dhabi. Tried most of the services on offer and satisfied with all. Gym is great, pool also and especially like the Italian restaurant. Room service is generally good and any issues have been resolved very quickly. All in all very happy with my stay and will return and also recommend to others.

Our staycation here for 4 days is awesome. I can say the maintenance staff are really approachable Especially mr. Nim and Murali. They provide our needs every morning in cleaning our 2 rooms and giving us additional things. Mostly filipino staffs are satisfactory in qualtiy in service in all ways they help us feel in our comfort zone and feel us at home. Amenities in Ibis hotel was great. But Only when I lost my thumbler for coffee in the lobby and requested for cctv they told me that is not allowed to see or to verify where it is... they cant provide me those video and I don’t know why why they can’t. Overall its still 5/5

Very Bad. Extremely bad infact. I checked in 12 Noon and later my guest came , Moreover they wanted ID for my partner, which was recently expired. I gave them her Emirates ID which expired in Jun 2019 , and gone for renewal but front desk refuse to accept it. Anyway despite my request the front desk didnt allow her to stay in . Never would i try IBIS again. Just wanted to give my feedback for future improvement. Thank you.

We had a pleasant stay at the ibis Abu Dhabi Gate and felt like we were having a 4-star experience instead. I believe that this is one of the newest and best ibis in the UAE. It is also one of the few hotels that provide a one bedroom apartment option, with a very decent and competitive price. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Mr. Islam who provided us with a first class customer experience and encouraged us to book when we passed by the resort for the first time. The hotel is new and very clean and there are nice facilities including a gym and pool, in addition to a variety of restaurants. I highly recommend you to book there if you are heading to Abu Dhabi.
