If you check my history of booking, i have booked with your dubai hotel ibis and now auh. You service is great. Rooms are clean and hygenic. The staff is very welcoming. If only i could remember the name of the staff in ibis dubai who was an intern when i visited. He recognised me when i visited the second time. Likewise in auh. We truly enjoyed the stay at this location. The view of the city from the 12th floor was amazing. The front desk was always very helpful with all details that we required. And the staff thru out was always cheerful and friendly. We shall definitely be back when we in Abu Dhabi.

However please be informed that at Ibis, being a 3-star hotel or economy-scale hotel, we have limited services but we provide full value for money spent. We do provide the shower gel and basic toiletries however all other essential toiletries can be purchased in form of a Travel Kit form reception at a very nominal fee. Perhaps other 5 star or 4 star hotels might be providing the guests with all the essential toiletries, however, at ibis being a 3-star hotel does not provide the full essential toiletries. I hope this information will be useful for any future visit. We apologise for the inconvenience if we have called your room to check if you are going to check-out or going to extend your stay. This is our procedure for our check-out rooms and this goes to all our guests. We conduct courtesy calls atleast 30 minutes prior to check-out time. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful - but no fried eggs. With regard to the taxis taxi drivers should not offer to take you somewhere if they do not know where it is.

It was as if i booked a room in an abandoned place. I tried to call the reception desk the whole 4 days and no one answered. Room cleanliness was fair but not as it should be. Room cleaning service is very poor they only make the bed and empty the garbage and hang the towels. Visible stains on the vanity stood there for 4 days.
