Door locks and safe locker did not work. Breakfast was very flat. Staff were friendly. Sorry for the misunderstanding during the check in, all forgotten.

It is always good to receive positive feedback but also extremely helpful for us to hear about those areas where we need to make improvements. We have been having issues with the door locks. We are about to replace all of the room door locks with a proximity key system and this will be a vast improvement. This work is scheduled to be completed by the end of August. I have instructed our Maintenance Manager to check the in-room safe in the room that you stayed in to make sure that it is operating correctly. Great hotel to base yourself at for Business. Upgraded rooms are nice. Foyer is a good place to hold informal meetings. Food is acceptable. Menu could be changed regularly. Overall the hotel is good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready and asking how are we and if we need anything to make our stay comfortable..This is what sets you apart from other places like GPH and Holiday Inn. Also your breakfast and a- la- carte meals are simple, delicious and use of local produce is a plus such as cassava chips, taro, vegetable curries, whole fish. Keep it up and thank you for always trying to make our stay enjoyable.

I stay at Novotel on a regular basis and most staff have gotten to know me personally as well. I have never had any issues until my last stay - 23rd June to 27th June. I was booked as usual and the company had sent an LPO in advance (6/6/18) to the hotel but upon my arrival on the 23rd of June (Sunday) I was told there was no LPO. You need to have checks in place to ensure your regulars are treated well and not embarrassed upon arrival by staff who do not do their job diligently I always give my name and number on the registration form - I would have been happy to assist if only I was called.

Not a tourist hotel. More suited for business or locals. View ruined by large barge. Staff good. Invited to members drinks/snacks/meet the manager. RSVPed and identified ourselves to staff but couldn't determine who where members and who were hotel guests. Sat around but none of the offered drinks/snacks etc appeared. Need to do this better.

We obviously got many things wrong during your stay which is extremely disappointing. I am submitting a refurbishment plan to our owners and I really am hopeful that they will agree. Our alcohol prices are similar to those charged at other hotels in Fiji. As in many locations, hotel prices are expensive compared to bars or bottle stores. We have been working really hard on the service and so it is very disappointing to see that you found the staff not friendly. I promise that we will work hard at this. The staff were welcoming, the menu at Husk restaurant needs revamping. Monday 11th June Chargrilled Tuna was a special on the menu, my business colleague ordered this dish. The fish was nearly impossible to cut and rather than being pink inside as you would expect for Tuna it was grey. I advised my colleague not to eat the fish as they risked becoming sick.

I apologise about the Tuna meal quality and I have had extremely strong words with the chef about it. If the fish is not really fresh then we definitely should not be offering it on the menu. I also note that you didn't get recognised as a Le Club member when you checked in. I was back in NZ at the time of your stay but I did see that you appeared on our arrival list for the 11th June as a VIP guest so again I apologise for that omission.
