« Everything was ok except breakfest (dirty, missing food, long awiat for service) »

I was just one night. The room was nice and swiming pool was nice but when we went for the breakfest 30 minutes before the end many food and drinks were missing. The brekfest are were dirty. I saw that the staff is trying their best but for me it look like there is not enought staff working to assure a good service.

I was staying at the hotel as were some of my clients as I was managing an event at GSK House Brentford the following day. My clients all loved the hotel and I got so many comments at the meeting regarding the hotel and how nice it was, how friendly staff were and how pleased they were with their rooms.

It has been a really good experience being at Novotel Brentford for these four days. Lovely team at the hotel, starting from the reception, through the restaurant and even the maintenance (good advises from Miguel to visit London) If there is anything to improve I would say the climate control is not very intuitive; a basic leaflet at the room could help a lot; secondly, TV channels need an update as many of them are now not available.

Looking forward to Friday and Saturday night early July weekend in London at the Brentford Novotel. Checked in online no problem and fast allocation to room. Great! Room excellent. Even better! Unfortunately downhill all the way from thereon. Much looked forward to reakfast experience on both Saturday and Sunday mornings was truly poor, far from relaxing and far from that advertised by Accor and Novotel. On both mornings long queues for the breakfast area formed (around 12/15 minutes standing in line waiting to be greeted and seated) which annoyingly some rude guests bypassed by just ignoring queuing protocol and walking through when staff were otherwise engaged. Then added insult to injury so to speak by helping themselves to food in full view of those queuing patiently. Novotel please note: your senior management staffing at breakfast times needs to be adequate to ensure effective management of peak times and orderly access to the breakfast area. Notices in the lifts of anticipated peak breakfast times are no substitute for effective hotel staffing levels and far from reassuring. Health and Safety issue - Many young children were moving on their own far too quickly and unsafely around the buffet and breakfast areas carrying food and glassware, some spilling drinks onto the floor and ignoring guests patiently queuing to access the buffet. Totally inadequate staff available to clear and reset tables efficiently as guests left and also to quickly serve coffee or tea orders. A decaf latte order we made never materialised throughout our breakfast. When we left our table briefly to choose our hot food we returned to find our fruit juices had been cleared away then there were no glasses available to replenish them. We also noted a coach tour party was staying in the Novotel which also contributed to the overcrowding of the breakfast area with large groups of guests eating together presumably to comply with their departure times. Our check out on the Sunday morning involved another lengthy wait in a queue for the lone Receptionist to deal with guests. Would we recommend this hotel or stay there again? Out of season possibly at a reasonable price. In high season at weekend, never! Value for money - very poor.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, room was really nice especially the bed. Staff was very friendly except for one who didn't inform us about parking. Due to this I received a parking ticket just before checkout. Not very happy about this at all.

it was a very pleasant experience, nice check in, clean and new room, overall very pleasant and quiet. the only issue was the stuck shower which lead to water spilling out on the floor of the bathroom. but i suppose this can happen
