We booked a family room for two adults and two kids age 7&9. I requested a quiet room and we were given room 314 - exceptionally quiet stayed for 3 nights and no outdoor sounds nor sounds from corridor. I would give this 10/10 except the 'chaos' of breakfast.. on the first morning of our stay a Sunday it was absolute chaos. Had to wait a 20 mins for a table at 9am even though there were numerous free tbales just not enough staff to clear them and set them up again quick enough for new guests. Also having to ask for clean cups/bowls/bread also the hot food containers needed filled up. Also my daughter is coeliac and I asked several times for cereal/bread options none were provided. On the Monday morning of our stay i asked for poached eggs from 3 different members of staff and eventually had to ask the restaurant manager to assist and they did not know what i was asking for... The cleanliness of room excellent but v small. My recommendation is that the restaurant/breakfast staff need a lot of training

The hotel and staff in general are great. We experienced very poor communications regarding parking and are still awaiting to find out if we have a fine or not for parking in the wrong place but we were not informed about it.

enjoyed the funky style and casual relaxed feel.. a couple of niggles, no box of tissues in the room (always come in handy); no bedside table on one side on the bed.. for glasses/drink etc.

We did online check in, with the premise that we didn't need to queue when we arrived, however this isn't quite accurate as we still needed to queue to verify the reservation. The room was lovely and clean, just far too hot and when we tried to adjust the air conditioning to lower it just reverted back to the higher temperature of 22. I couldn't find any instructions on how to operate the system in the room. All staff were very friendly and approachable.

Business traveler, frequently in this area of London and twice at your property. The hotel is fine (although you must do much, much better with the signage; if you don't already know where you are going, it is impossible for a cab to find it), but the service in your dining area continues to be embarrassingly bad. Last time I was there, the wait staff did not really speak or understand English (or, indeed, universal hotel-speak: I made the widely use sign for "can I have the bill" and the waitress brought me a pen"). This time, a new crop of waitstaff did seem to have better language skills, but at dinner, the table next to mine waited a half hour for soup. At checkout, the system did not work; I asked the attendant to just check me out from his colleague's system and find me at breakfast, but he disappeared. Eventually, I went and checked out at his colleague's station.

Hotel and room very modern, well designed and staff very polite. Unfortunately in our room the air conditioning didn’t work on a very hot night which affected me and my partners night sleep. Also the bed wasn’t made with no sheet over the mattress and no duvet cover on the duvet. Obviously when booking a hotel this is a basic requirement when getting in late from an event, this is unhygienic and I will be looking elsewhere in future bookings. Pictures available on request.

The housekeeping team reported that while the duvet in the room did have a duvet cover on it, the mattress topper was lifted from the mattress which would suggest that the topper could have mistakenly used as the duvet. As I follow up, I have instructed the housekeeping team to take corrective actions when covering the mattress toppers to prevent this from happening again. Your experience fell short of what you expected during your stay with us, so I would appreciate if you gave us another opportunity to get it right. Booking via booking.com was not straightforward and therefore had to call - which was far easier. Booking on a day when IT system did not work across Europe caused problems with booking. Hotel réception staff very friendly and professional. Great room - clean, practical and nice- and public space BUT unpractical car parking (it was full and therefore we had to use a private parking instead) and disorganized breakfast (unnecessary queue of 10-15mins) due to lack of staff to clean tables

This was my first stay at Novotel Brentford London. Have not been to this specific area of London before, but selected it as this was close to where I would be having my client meetings. Was surprised with the quality of the room. Did not expect to have the little "extras" such as the espresso machine and refrigirator. As I had not booked the hotel by myself, I was a bit surprised that breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel room. Ended up not paying for breakfast and actually had breakfast each day outside of the hotel.

A first for us staying in a Novotel hotel. Couldn’t fault it, the staff were pleasant, the hotel lobby and surroundings area very pleasing to the eye. The room was superbly laid out, clean and spacious and what an amazingly comfortable bed. The added bonus of the pool and gym facilities delighted us. We were new to the area, therefore the map and information provided about the no 65 bus was invaluable. All in all an effortless stay - thank you.

« Everything was ok except breakfest (dirty, missing food, long awiat for service) »

I was just one night. The room was nice and swiming pool was nice but when we went for the breakfest 30 minutes before the end many food and drinks were missing. The brekfest are were dirty. I saw that the staff is trying their best but for me it look like there is not enought staff working to assure a good service.
