Payment and billing process for refund is horrible. No refund provided even after cancelling booking for 1 night. payment is taken in the first day itself. ideally payment is taken on check-out.

Neither my wife nor I use Couettes for bedding, we use exclusively sheets and blankets. We were both surprised that the hotel had none. This is a first for us and at our age we've used a lot of hotels.

I really enjoyed your staff; very attentive. However, I do not appreciate the hotel advertising air conditioning, only to find a system locked into “heat” . Saturday was hot and the room temp was at 27, therefore we had to open the window only to stay sleepless due to traffic...We did contact the front desk personnel, who said that unfortunately nothing could be done. A unpleasant end result to a stay in an otherwise fun and convenient hotel.

Actually last weekend was the first weekend of the year when we had high temperatures telling us the spring. A few days before we had very low temperatures. That's why we put the hotel with heating available. From now on we have the hotel with all the air-conditioned rooms. This avoids the problem you have encountered. Helpful receptionist Aurore allowed us to book 1 of the 4 very tight underground spaces otherwise parking could be tricky. Decent sized room for France with usual amenities. A little noisy at night due to traffic. Did not see a bar but others close by. Close to cathedral but few eateries open on a Tuesday evening Breakfast was good Rodez was convenient as a break in our journey but that was all it had going for it. Compared to the location of Mercure Albi it was a distant second Staff were the redeeming feature

Nice room with all facilities needed but unfortunately no view of Cathedral despite hotel not being fully booked and a privilege room. Reporte poor bath drainage and a wobbly table beside sink. Otherwise all good oh pillows could be softer though there were spares. Staff at reception were extremely helpful with assistance and eating out information.

We stopped in Rodez overnight on our way north. The hotel was easy to find. Our reception was very agreeable and efficient. Charles was very helpful with advice for where to eat on a Sunday evening. The room was also lovely, full of character at the top of the hotel.
