The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Well-located for the subway trains and the Suskino nightlife, with the covered Tanukikoji shopping street and the Ramen Alley both close-by. I didn’t use the facilities, but looked promising with a French wine bar and gym.

Direct bus from airport, close to metro station. Breakfast offered quality and variety of both Japanese and Western food. Lots of night life and restaurants, close to Odori Park. Join a tour to see Tomita farm, blue pond and zoo, that's the highlight of my Sapporo trip.

The rooms are very clean, well equipped with amenities, and beds comfortable. The staff at front desk and the restaurants are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Especially coming in from a work flight, I feel valued as a customer when greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff. The keys are always ready when we arrive. The breakfast buffet and lunch menus are excellent. I also appreciate the little library corner in the lobby. The only part that I notice that may need improvement is the WiFi connection which was cutting in and out while in the room on my last stay. (1518 room number).

It was my first trip to Sapporo and I am glad to choose to stay at Mercure. My room is ready when I arrived at noon and check-in was a breeze as I have opted for online checked in prior my arrival. The location is centrally located to navigate around Susukino, Odori Park, Nijo market and all the way to JR Sapporo station via the underground mall. The hotel also allow parking priority (at JPY1200 per day) for guests at the parking facility available next door, so there is no problem going in and out. Complimentary mini bar and Loccitane toiletries are norm for privilege floor at Mercure Sapporo according to my daughter who is an Accor member.

Dear Mr Dean DANIELS General Manager I had been stayed at your hotel accommodations all the time when I will be Sapporo for a long. I will visit Yoichi in odrder to buy bottles of whisky which I love it. However I have stayed at your hotel last time, the room rate was increased so high sudenly. I can understand you have to improove your profit however, it was too much increased. I had been belonging SKAL CLUB member and secretary of Osaka also in Tokyo for a long. Also I had been worked as a general manager and share holder of tour operator of Tokyo, Paris and London head office. I have forgoten your offer price however, it was nearly fair rate it was. Finaly I have booked to other hotels at similar class hotels unfortunately. I will visit 20~21th Nov SPK however, have booked other accommodations. Thank you for your co-oprerations for a long. I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by these inaccurate and inadequate information and please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I was truly delighted with the service. Knowing that we were honeymooners, the front desk upgraded us to the privilege room and even prepared the room to welcome us with a 'towel cake' and a nice message. it really made our day and it was our last stop in Hokkaido. The room was really nice and spacious. The bathroom facilities were great, it had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was nice as well. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend your hotel to our friends visiting Sapporo in the future.
