Room is neart, facility deploy makes Fengshui inside flowing. The bedding makes people relax and easily to be in dream. The whole environment makes you feel safe and comfortable. However, in such a five star hotel can't find a pencil sharpener. and reception answers " sorry, no pencil sharperner" which is absolutly not good enough. you can find buy even offer a pencil instead of offering pencil sharpener, should not answer a simple word "NO". THis is not a complex request. The point is: do you really care about your customer's needs and request?

« One more bad experience during my last stay in your hotel. »

1- Reception: people no professional and on top of that they do not speak english. Restaurant, same food on buffet all time from several times I have been there with also service not professional and do not speak English. 2- Security: if the key-card to access to room doesen't work the receptionists provide a card to access to rooms without requiring any ID card o passport to the person, meaning that everybody can claim to be the owner of one room number to get the key-card on reception !!!!! 3- Early checking: you must charge some ectra fee for an early checking and not a full day as most of flights from Europe arrives early in the morning with people arriving to hotel from 8am 4- ooms: strong smell to food on rooms and corridors 5- Receipts for restaurant that are charged to rooms: you provide only 2 sheets for signature that you keep on your side without providing a copy to customer. 6- Checkout and final bill: you provide a document that is written notice instead of Invoice and on top of that your system is not providing right information because its not mentioned the total number of days in you hotel. As you see you still need to work hard for improvements to host international customers and I hope this helps and is not just a waste of time for me that I am a frequent customer to this hotel and in the company we recomend also this hotel to our customers coming from other countries to visit our factory. Overall the stay was fine. It suited my needs but there were areas that Pullman needs to address: 1. Breakfast - same menu daily - give better choice. 2. Hotel car is too expensive. 3. No English TV remote control. 4. Bath scales didn't work. 5. Lighting - no main room light - to dim overall.

Overall is good. Enjoy my stay here. Just one little recommendation: it would be great if the shower head is more easy to handle as I didn’t manage to stop the upper shower head from working with the lower one at the same time.

Generally, the hotel is not as good as expected. The infrastructure of Pullman Beijing South is apparently worse than Hilton or other 5 stars hotels I have stayed. I am especially not satisfied with the wash room, because it looks to be out of time. Additionally, the bath tube and the toilet seems to be a little bit dirty.

Upon arrival at the counter, I was greeted with a sunny smile. The check-in process was speedy making me feel like getting services from the heart. The room was clean and tidy. 1. Accidentally left RMB 70 in my business shirt pocket which I put into the laundry bag for cleaning. The shirt came back cleaned without the RMB 70. Where is the honestly and integrity of the hotel and it's staff? 2. Stayed in an executive room with lounge services. Was there for breakfast twice and on both mornings, there were no service staff to be seen attending to the lounge. Occasionally the staff would pop out of the pantry to take a look and disappear again. It was impossible to get any attention and service. 3. Most hotels of this grade would have check-in and check-out services at the executive lounge, when asked, the staff at the lounge candidly said that they don't provide such services. Improvement for swimming pool towels and douche gel/shampoo in the shower area preformed by pullman. Have to get your coffee yourself. Server coffee very occasionally, sometimes not hot but temperature to low. Taxi arrangement (private) not on time, price not correct and no receipt from taxi driver possible. Overall view of personnel in ground floor restaurant sometimes lacking. Food oke. People friendly.

« Good, but will not return »

The stay was good. check in & Check out was efficient. You staff really tried their best to make us feel at home. Breakfast was fantastic. I enjoyed the mix between the local and global food choices. But the room was weak point. I spend a little time in there as i possibly could. The smell of , what I assume was a ex-smoking room, was horrible. really bad. Coupled with this was the AC could not chill the room down below 22deg, really just re-circling warm, stale and smelly air. The reason I will not return is due to the room.
