« clean, spacious and good breakfast »

the room over all was very clean but inside of sink and toilet bowl can be improved. the shower head was leaking from the neck. I prefer thick towel to the bath mat since it is needed only after taking a shower. I liked the lightings of the room. I want to book late check-in (after 6pm) WITHOUT confirmation.

« Very unconfortable - never could get coffee, nothing to do in the evenings, and way over priced »

Not good. Should be able to get coffee in the lobby at anytime and not have to pay for it. Coffee machines in the lower restaurant neve worked for my two weeks at the hotel. Why did know one fix or replace them? Food service was horrible . Order food twice and it was just plain crap. Cheese try was just processed cheese off the buffet line. Ordered soup and it was just box soup and the staff could not even heat it up correctly. I go stay at this hotel often and it gets worse with each visit. I will be telling everyone in my company NOT to stay at this hotel and go to the Holiday Inn Express like many of us already have done. The bar on the second floor is just a waste of space. No one goes to it.

The hotel services are amazing. I was able to check in nefore official times. Receiption was wety friendly and helpfull. I strongly recommend this hotel. Breakfast delicious. 15 min walking distance to the subway station and 45 min to the Tianman square. I love this city and the hotel.
