Only issue was the lack of electrical punts in the bathroom and main room. The hairdryer kept on stopping it took me half an hour to dry my hair and with no separate electrical point was unable to use my own. This made me have to change my timetable.

We have been to Bangkok several times already but we always stay in Pratunam. This isnthe first time we stayed outside of Pratunam because shopping was not our priority but pure relaxation. The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. I just wish there were more electrical outlets, especially at bedside. TV lacks english channels, especially international news program. WiFi signal was erratic. Breakfast was OK but not fantastic. I requested for decaffienated coffee online during booking and check-in, but it was not available during my five day stay. The pool and the riverside view is the best. Unfortunately, 4 out of the 5 days we were there, it rained so we got to enjoy the pool only one day. The nearest BTS station is quite far but there is complimentary shuttle that runs every hour. It would have been better id the schedule was every 30 minutes. Also, I do not understand why the shuttle can be used for return trip from the station going back to the hotel. And lastly, why do your front desk people NOT smile at all? Probably overworked?

Overall very good. Close to icon siam and China town which was on our list for 2 days. Room small but practical. Good size swimming pool with view of the river. I was disappointed no slip mats available. My 2 years old fell down and bump her head really bad. Asked front desk if they can request for mats they said don't have. No concierge service so u have to drag in an out your own luggage even you could lots of staffs standing around.not good enough even for ibis standard. As a gold member welcome drinks only soft drinks or coffee to choose from.

This is a great hotel, location is on riverside and short 10min walk from pier to connect you to other side of river where you can get all day river boat ticket, you can then hop on off at all sites. Breakfast was plentiful and good selection. A special mention for reception staff, smooth check in as we arrived A day earlier than expected and always on hand to advise. Taxi booked at reception for airport and was prompt and reasonable. Pool area was a welcome haven after sight seeing and pool was great for a swim. Overall this is a good central location at reasonable price for visiting'Bangkok.

the staffs here are very helpful and friendly. the room was very nice and cozy with everything we need! the pool was very nice. good location as there is 7-11 store in the front and the bts station is not too far to walk to. very convenient as there is also a taxi-meter stand nearby the hotel.
