Good as always The staff are well trained and behaved in Direct comparison with Other entities in chennai. Concern : In all my stays the hot water kettle has been faulty. Its unbelievable how it is possible that 9/10 times the kettle needs to be replaced.

Hospitality is very good.Everything is well maintained. Your resepsonist specialty Mr.Abhishek are very good. Staffs of restaurant all are very pleasant face and energetic. Only one place I think need to improve.- preparation of food takes too much time. On Sunday we have ordered @ 9-10pm and get @10-15p.. I wish to stay once again.

Its stated already in title only the Key which was allotted to us for room was not worked out for lift as well as for room however after calling to to concern he manage to replace the key.

« Good staff, not great maintenance. »

Staff was extremely nice and accomodating. On the negative side, constant issue with towels, 2 days I had no towels delivered to my room, other days just a body towel, and other days just a hand towel. Lastly, half of the power plugs in my room did not work, please take care of this as it's very important for people to be able to charge ther devices.

The stay was pleasant but the food needs a lot of improvement. The day i checked in had to wait for the check in time so had breakfast but after that never for the whole duration of my stay as the food was too salty and very poor variety. Dinner had only once again for the same reason and no one was bothered to even check if the dishes are hot or filled. Not expected from IBIS. It seems this property is like the Tata hotels extension Ginger a low grade property.

Key areas of improvement 1. Breakfast items were oily. 2. Towels were not refilled for all 4 days. When we call housekeeping queries on if we have another person in room is being asked which is not appropriate. 3. Sharing cab for Sipcot drop and pickup was very cumbersome
