Reception- perfect, restaurant-there were no plates for desert, bar- I was waiting for drink 20min, all others got, they should say we do not have and offer stg else. Lady was extremely sweet what made me nervous, since she didnt deliver my drink. She should apologize, not handelee peoperly

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a very comfortable stay. Staff friendly & accommodating. Breakfast had a large selection & was plentiful but at €21 per person expensive if not included in the room rate. Would use this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice and well decorated, and specially convenient if you need to stay in Schiphol area. Only downside was that parking was very expensive in the P+R close to the hotel.

If you ask one of our colleagues at reception to stamp your ticket prior to going to the payment machines as indicated on the signs in the parking the cost are Euro 14,88 per 24 hours which equals 61 cents per hour which in our opinion is a fair rate for a third party covered (Novotel is not the proprietor) and secured car park at just 20 minutes from downtown Amsterdam. I stay at the hotel frequently and as a gold card holder I am often upgraded, which is appreciated, primarily because there is a bottle of water available in the room every day. Last week, however, I stayed for 3 nights and was mot upgraded. On the second day, I found myself without any water to drink at night, which is sub-optimal for any hotel catering to business travellers. The absence of a minibar did not help. I would encourage the hotel to (1) think about the amenities in rooms for gold and platinum card holders who are not upgraded; and, (2) consider making water bottles available daily for all guests even if the room rate needs to increase by 50 euro cents.

As such, the idea is that guests refill and reuse the bottle during their stay in an effort to minimize the level of plastic waste and reduce the ecological footprint of the stay. I have received great support from your staff on each request. Had both a Company reservation and a personnel one. The reception team helped with both and all the documents requested. They waited for the evening dinner just for the 4 of us guests to have some food in late saturday evening. On the last day, after check out, we realized we forgot the memory stick in the Tv. Called and received it back when we got back for the luggage. Thank you, great support.

Ok, Took way to long time to check in. Room was really nice looking. Water didn’t drop off from shower. Water all over the bath room. Bad was really hard and a lot of noice came of it.

It was a very nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Easy access to/from the city center and schiphol airport as it was right next to Hoofddorp train station. Trains would bring you to Amsterdam in about 20 minutes.The rooms were equipped with a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board which was perfect. The only downside was a small plumbing problem in our shower that didn’t let the water run down the drain very quickly. It would also be very nice if they could have a pair of slippers for the guests.
