The service is great at the hotel. Checking and check out were quick and easy. Breakfast was acceptable. The rooms are still not up to what the charges are. I guess this will never change as it is the design of the hotel. The internet is not fast enough. You can barely connect to wifi from the third floor.

As usual, the personnel is great. Checking in and out was fast as usual. Very friendly people working at this hotel. But as for the Hotel itself: The rooms still have the same smell, the internet is not very fast, the food in the menu still not the best.

We are regular visitors, and plan regular return visits but this last time was not good. We found the hotel not too be very cleaner, some of the rooms weren't acceptable to my team, the Wi-Fi was very weak an unreliable, especially in the rooms, and we felt that the service was often slow and unreliable -- though the personnel are ALL very nice, polite and customer-friendly. the food was also not up to par, especially at breakfast. As regular visitors for work , we really need and expect better if we are to continue using IBIS, please.
