I always have a extremely great experience at the Pullman in Sanya. Nicki checked me in and the experience was great. She was very helpful and friendly. All of the staff, including Leila, Cindy, JoJo, Vincent and Seven are really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. Danny always comes and says hello. It makes us feel important and a valuable customer. Keep up the good work and I look forward to many more stays in the future.

everyone at the hotel was very kind and helpful. thanks to them, me and my mom had a wonderful trip to Hainan. When I booked the hotel, I left a memo that its my first trip to Hainan and my mom had 60th birthday this year so it would be really great if you arrange us a nice room. When we arrived at the hotel, we both were very surprised to see that you made a beautiful bedding with flower decorations. Thanks to the cake looking towel and flower decoration, my mom was really happy! I only asked for a nice room with a view, but it was really nice to see that you made a big surprise to us and wanted to say thank you !! I dont remember everyones name, but staffs at breakfast were kind! Especially a lady with light brown colored short hair cut. She smiled every time! Also, chef at bar was helpful. Because we are new to chinese food and restaurant, we had difficulties with identifying the menus. Bill helped us with by saying the menus in Korean! He didnt speak well, but it was really helpful! Also, he had a nice big smile :-) Everyone at concierge and front office was helpful! I would really recommend this hotel to others!

So far I have traveled to many provinces in China and stayed at hotels registered with the ACCOR Group. But my experience at Pullman Sanya was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful in meeting my needs, especially Bella! She's the best. And also thank you for upgrading my room and providing satisfying service. Tea time experience with a very amazing view, makes me very flattered by the scenery. And also for happy hour there, the drinks are all complete, and we really enjoyed the time there. We are very pleased to report our excellent experiences from our stay in Santa, not a very well-known place for non-Asian. Santa is a very pleasant place - and the Pullmann Oceanview is a perfect resort of a retreat. The hotel is practically right at the beach (a small underground corridor bring you to the guarded private beach). We hd ordered a pickup service from the airport - and were friendly welcomed in the hotel by Vivian. She showed us our upgraded room - a suite on the 15th floor - with breathtaking 180 degrees view over the hotel garden and the ocean - we now understand why the hotel got its name - Ocean-view - During our one week stay in the hotel - the friendliness of all Pullmann personal is striking - during the breakfast Cindy and Charlotte guided us to our quiet "own table" outside at the waterfront - Jennifer in the lounge is a very hospitable lady and makes the lounge visits very worthwhile - and Mr. Saffian and his team makes eating in the hotel - especially in the BBQ restaurant - to a very nice experience - with well presented and excellent choice of food - the hotel and the outside accommodations a paradise for (young) children - and especially the "feeding-fish" activity is striking! Although the hotel was almost full booked - we found the room - pool and restaurants pleasant and not overfilled. Upon departure Nicky and Kelly handled our somewhat difficult administration professional - friendly and smoothly - We look back to a great stay - and evaluate if we will take our children and grandchildren to this Pullmann hotel next year - it is well worth it!

« Another very enjoyable stay at this luxury Sanya hotel »

We flew to Sanya from London and ended up staying at this hotel for the whole two weeks. It was our second long stay there and it feels like a home from home for us now. The hotel has a great location near to the beach and airport. The swimming pools are excellent particularly for non-swimmers and children. The rooms are spacious and modern. The buffet breakfast is very extensive with a mix of Chinese and Western food. The staff were very friendly and helpful including in particular Seven (VIP manager), Kevin and Serena (reception), Eric, Jennifer and Angel (executive club) and Lila and Cindy in the restaurant. Carlo and Allan also helped us out at the swimming pool. Thanks also to the general manager Danny for his great hospitality including dinner on our final night. The whole experience made us feel like VIPs and we are looking forward to staying at this hotel again when we next have the chance to visit Sanya.

After I booked the hotel on their website, I was greeted right away by their staff (don't remember if it was Vivian, sorry) to confirmation the reservation and ask about any specific needs. On the day before we left for our trip, Vivian called and asked about our flight info to prepare for the room. Thanks for Vivian's help, the check-in was a breeze. And we were deeply impressed by the elegant decoration of the hotel and the word "welcome" made by the leaves on our bed. The location of the hotel is great, with great view of the sea and beach. The staff at the executive lounge were also very helpful, and the snacks were delicious there. Overall it was a great stay for us, couldn't be better.

We appreciated very much our 8-days stay at Pullman. My parents and us were all very happy. What we enjoyed most: Our 3- bedroom apartment was spacious and well organized. There is a kitchen with a big refrigerator. The washing machine also made our stay more convenient. We also liked to have dinner and lunch all together in the living room. The cuisine was overall delicious. We ate very well. There are plenty of choices for the breakfast, from Asian to european taste. The room service was very good. We ordered almost every day, except once, the meal was delivered in less than half an hour. We also liked very much the swimming pools. The bigger one was adapted for children and you can really play.. Our 5-year old enjoyed it everyday. I personally prefer the another one which was reserved for swimming. There is a real thinking for family and children. The indoor playground is huge, parents can stay with their kids. The small park just outside of the main restaurant is very nice for small children. There is even a kid corner in the restaurant. The beach is also ok. I find it a great service that hotel built the underground path so clients don't need to cross the street to the beach. Sanya bay is certainly not the best beach even, but during the daytime (around 12am) when the water is calmed, it is still pleasant to go to the sea. For my boy, he liked to play with sand on the beach. A special note for the RedSun bar on the 17th floor of the main building. Only hotel guests have the access. We discovered this beautiful place the 3rd day after our arriving. The view was magnificent. Very few guests come to this bar so it is very quiet even intimate. The RedSun bar became the favourite place of my husband and me, we liked to have our dinner or drink a glass of wine every evening. There is a real service mindset shared by the hotel staff. The Concierge and the front desk (of our building) gave useful advice and ideas, very helpful to organize trips to discover Sanya and around. All the staff were nice and friendly and ready to help whenever we needed. Small remarks The Cesar salad is expensive giving the small portion and it is served without parmesan. The food waste seems somehow important at the breakfast. Some guests took far more than what they could eat. Overall, we enjoyed very much our stay at pullman. A big "thank you !" to your staff and hotel. If we come to Sanya another time, we will certainly come back again!

We are sorry to hear about our Caesar salad’s parmesan cheese. We checked with the kitchen that apparently there were parmesan cheese in the Ceasar salad served to you, except that it was in a powdery form and probably there was too little in it. We will revise the presentation with Parmesan slices instead of Parmesan powder form. Appropriate kitchen retraining will be conducted immediately. We will also review the pricing and the portioning as suggested by you. Thank you for reminding us about the waste of breakfast food by our other breakfast guests. We, as well as our Accor head office and the China government, are committed in reducing food wastes which is why we have placed reminder stands on all the tables on the said issue, and we will do our best to remind some of our guests again. Our stay was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and looked after my family with a lot of care, they were always available to help us and assist us with anything that we required. This hotel charges for nearly everything outside of the room except the pools. While food should have a charge, I cannot see paying as much for food and drinks as they ask you to pay. For instance, a glass of Jack Daniels is 78 yuan or roughly $12 a class. The dinner buffet was about $45 a night per person or 318 yuan. Using the other things like the arcade, golf room and so on was 30 yuan for 3 minutes or $5 for 3 minutes. If you stayed for 30 minutes that would have been $50 or 300 yuan. That is simply ridiculous to me. I am not a cheapskate , but at these prices you have to be well off, too, and not care about money.

Just to clarify that we do offer a lot of other freebies besides the room and the pool, eg the water theme park slides are free to use the whole day, besides the children’s corner with trampoline, the American pool and table tennis tables, and on a daily basis , our staff organize personal guided kids’ programs from 9am to 7pm that are completely free for all our guests’ children. Regarding the charges for food, drinks and entertainment items you mentioned, we assure you that our prices are based on Sanya’s market prices, besides higher quality and added values. For example our dinner buffet offers not only a big variety of tasty Brazilian freshly bbq’d beef, pork, chicken, lamb, fish, oysters and other seafood, it also offers 3 choices of hotpots (Thai, Sichuan, Local) with more than 15 types of DIY-cooking seafood, meat & live-seafood, cold seafood iced box that include Alaskan crabs, prawns, local crabs, sea snails, razor clams , shell-fishes and more than 10 types of local Chinese and international hot dishes, besides Chinese herbal soups, Italian pizzas, French cheeses, bread, fresh salads & various types of sauces, freshly-prepared sushi and sashimi, Arabian Sharwarma wraps, on top of a free flow of local beer, French red wine, soft drinks besides French pastries and a multi-choice of ice creams and shaved iced-drinks and more. There is a lot of added value in our buffet. On the drinks prices, we have no complaints so far from our hotel guests. This is the 1st , and we will certainly review this based on your feedback. The 3D Golf game is a high quality game and is played in a separate big dark room with a big 10 feet long 3D golf screen of more than 69 choices of virtual golf courses (include the famous Scottish St Andrews) and it has no time limit. The other 3D Safari Shooting game is another high quality game with a real shot gun replica in another separate dark room with a big 10 feet long 3D screen. This game is based on speed and time limit. While the other children arcade games are small machines and time-based, and charged like any arcades in town. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the perceived “pricing” problem, and we attach great importance to every guest's suggestions and experiences. Received warm services from every staffs once we reach the hotel. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment and the unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Superb sea view from the apartment! Hotel provide wide foods selection and there is a little breakfast corner for kids. The foods at the Chinese restaurant “The One” taste great! The hotel also provides many facilities for kid & adult. Basically Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay is a great family resort. Overall we are satisfied and felt happy to choose this resort.

« A short but a wonderful family vacation in the Pullman Oceanview Sanya Resort »

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment with huge balcony and spectacular sea view. We had happy time in the free form swimming pools and great relaxed moment in the Club Lounge (Red Sun Club). The food in the Chinese Restaurant is excellent (with discount from Accorplus Card ). Our tanks to the staff team during our stay : Agnes (Apartment Reception Desk), Zoe (Car driver), Alisa (Red Sun Club), Yoyo (Reservations), Vivian (GSM).
