I booked through the Pullman website , i booked for 2 adults and 1 child and was given a price of $156 per night, that is the price i expected to pay per night, when i checked in i was told i would have to pay for my child if i wanted a bed for her , i complained about this as when i booked i gave the information on who was staying, if you submit 2 adults and 1 child you do not expect to be told you have to pay more ! I complained on check out and the receptionist (Mr Vu) was extremely patronizing and insisted that i had to pay, no apologies or no customer skills in terms of making the customer happy after i extended my stay by another night and paid for the Accor Plus card, This guy is probably the worst receptionist i have come across, i was so angered i had to walk away and let my wife deal with it. I have stayed at your hotel numerous times and before i have booked the hotel for just 2 adults and we have taken our child and then been told need to pay for her , i understand that , but when you book online through the Pullman website and submit the occupancy and given the price then that is what you expect to pay !! Not some hidden charge when you check in. I am still very angry about this trip. In future i will stay at the Imperial.

I often stay in Pullman when I travel to Vũng Tàu. The experience this time is not as good as it was. It took a while for the lady at front desk to check me in though that for my colleague went through very quickly. Worse still, they applied different treatment to me as compared to my expatriate colleague (did not ask her to sigh non-smoking commitment form nor ask her to place deposit) which made me feel very bad. The girl in breakfast place was so rigid with me bring a banana and a croissant away. While I totally understand the rules and explained to her that this food was already on my plate and I would rather took it than let them throw it away in trash, she kept enforcing the rule to me. That’s not the way staff at international star hotel treats guests. Worst, I was placed in a room is near the elevator and technical room I guess, and I heard big noise from the ventilator THROUGHOUT the night. In short, of the three hotel I stayed in this trip including Intercontinental and Le Meridien Saigon, I was most disappointed about the experience with Pullman both in terms of comfortability and treatment.

Dear Mrs Thi Hoai Thu N., Thank you for sharing your feelings. I'm happy that you scored us 80% while I was taken by surprised reading your comment. As you're mentioning discrimination, I have to reply in a very direct way. Discrimination is a very strong word, the examples you use are incorrect. All guests have that non-smoking commitment signed and your colleague signed it too as I do have the document in my hands with the signature. Maybe your friend signed it while you were not eaves-dropping on their check-in. Then, our restaurant team is very strict with ALL guests bringing food outside because we have so many abuses that it has become a zero-tolerance policy. I'm sorry it made you feel bad, however, this can't be categorized in "discrimination" as well. And yes, this rule is enforced in most international 5star hotels, all the more when there has been abuses from guests. That rule is displayed at several places on our buffet. Henceforth, not to discriminate any nationality, we apply it to all guests. I confirm that your room was close to the elevators, However, our elevators are silent with no ring tone when arriving on the floor. We have checked and have found no issue with the air conditioning system either. I understand that the first feeling of discrimination, which I'm sorry you felt, might have triggered a lot of negative feeling about our staff and service. We are disappointed for the service. This hotel promotes the groups ( seminar or tourist bus) same if you are membership. Nothing privilege for the memberships except checking 11th floor. More the hostess forgets to activate our card for the elevator. Very noisy.
