Booked an extra room accidentally and no refunds, plus they did not even offer complimentary services. Hospitality is not all about money. I WILL NEVER EVER STAY there again!

Location great, staff great, rooms fine, but a hotel with no beer (or wine, or spirits)! Fortunately the mini-bar water and soft drinks are included in the room rate, but who forgot to renew their alcohol licence?

I stayed at your hotel to be close to the expo enter. The stay was relaxing except one annoying matter. Every day at about 8:00 am I could hear noices from furniture movement. My room was at the 7th floor at the end of corridor. In addition the price is a bit higher taking under consideration that breakfast was not included.

Really nice service but overall quality is bad. I refer to doors which are possible to open with simple plastic card. I have a video if needed. Also construction noise was quite anoying. Some basic hygiene stuff missing in bathroom.

Very comfortable hotel, great staff. Well located particularly if your business is in/around Moscow City. Easy access to the metro via the Afimall next to the hotel. Hotel restaurant is excellent- good breakfast buffet selection and lunch/dinner menu is very good.

I enjoyed my stay, great service and excelled breakfast. Great location in the heard of the International Business Center. Sauna and hammam open more than 12 hours a day. The only thing I would change is the quality of air. It was too dry during the night.

« Great hotel, handy location »

The staff were very helpful in finding our way around Moscow and organising transfers. The breakfast had a good range of options and we ate at the restaurant 2 nights as the food was so good. The room was clean and spacious (junior suite). One of the sliding doors was broken which should have been identified before we arrived. Pillows and bed were heavenly. The metro is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. It would be good to have information on the website regarding how to get to the hotel from the airport as we were ripped off by a taxi firm on arrival. Altogether a great stay in Moscow and looking forward to staying at Novotel in London.
