I absolutely love this hotel. From the scent of the check-in area, the decor, the extremely comfortable bed and sheets, to the level of service from staff, it all screams luxurious to the point where I don't feel like leaving the hotel sometimes. Thank you to everyone involved in operating this amazing place. I always make sure to spend at least a night here whenever I'm in Bangkok.

A few days before my stay, Hotel Muse sent me an email asking me if I had any special request and I replied that I needed more cotton pads in the toilets and only and more green tea teabags be placed in the room. For the first 2 nights, they arranged what I had asked for but for the remaining 2 night, they did not. One night, only earl grey tea bags were put in the room while on the other night, one green tea together with one Eng breakfast and one earl grey tea bag were placed in the room. Also, only one pack of cotton pad was put in the toilet. This was a minor hiccup indeed. However, it is exactly such kind small thing that tells the difference in terms of service level & consistency and overall stay experience of the guests. The lock chain of my room door did not work properly and I told the front desk in one morning and i expected that it could be fixed in the evening when i came back. However, it still did not work and i needed to call again in order to have someone to fix it. Also, there was water leakage problem in toilet and the floor was wet after using the bathtub. I had also told the front desk about this and the issue was not addressed at all. Moreoever, I did not find the mattress and duvet too comfortable to my liking. I expected that as a MGallery hotel, Muse could provide something better. Maybe i just too used to MyBed of Sofitel. Overall, my stay was pleasant enough and I enjoyed the cocktail hours at Speakeasy, and the staff were friendly and pleasant in general. But given the (minor) problems I encountered during my stay, I probably will look for an another hotel next time I visit BKK.

Excellent hospitality just need some upgrade at the toilet. My short 3 nights stay the toilet always has problem. Eg toilet bowl over flowing and the tap has no cold water.

We stayed 4 nights, loved the decor, big room and the breakfast. Great service as staff were proactive and helpful! Pretty good location. There’s a free tuk tuk service to Chidlom station. Now for the cons - there was usually a long wait for the lift as only 2 lifts serve the entire hotel of over 20 floors. Also, not all towels were replenished each day. Day 1 we had the full set - bath towels, hand towels and face towels. After that, it was mainly the bath towels which were replaced.

We have stayed 3 friends. From the entrance till to the room, we have received top service. Especially, I would like to thank you Aoy from concierge and Cath from guest relations. All staff provides you the service with smiling face. They are so helpful. Hotel location is the best. You can reach all points in 10-15 minutes easily by TukTuk. I strongly recommend Hotel Muse who needs an accommodation in Bangkok.

the rooms were well decorated, clean and comfortable bed and soft pillows .The complementary coffee tasted good . Only setback was there was no hot water in my shower . The Tuk Tuk service was efficient in sending us to the BTS as well as to a wonderful Thai restaurant just round the corner
