My overall stays is not a pleasant one starting from day 1, 2 hrs after I checked in. Meeting at the 19/F I have a quick afternoon tea meeting with my colleagues at Babette. We do order drinks and start our meeting around 2pm and we have been asked for 5,000 baht minimum charge only after 1 hr we have sit down but not at the begining when we enter the restaurant. Finally I have to talk to the duty manager and explain the case what was happening and end up the minimum charge waived. Please help to save the world day2-day4 I wrote on my laundry form and I'm okay to receive my laundry without any plastic wrap. After 2 times I sent my laundry I received more than 6 plastic in total which I feel very bad and hence I stop sending my laundry again. ! 7 hours to arrange a charger day 4 , i have asked 2 times (3pm & 5pm) to the front desk for a charger both the lady & the gentleman said they will send the charger to my room however I have not receive anything after I back to the room at around 22pm and the reception told me they actually dont have any charger available in the hotel. And finally the front desk manager borrow me her own charger and I appreciate for her personal help. However, the overall service received this stay are under expectation.

Venue is perfect. Place is great. Detail-oriented. Staffs are mind readers. Love Muse. Definitely come back. (Swimming pool is such a pond but ok we just skip it and straight to rooftop bar!

Had been a great experience for me and my nephew. Location of hotel is great n service amazing. We had a few hiccups when it came to recommendation of restaurants and how to travel by BTS; however the effort the front desk and concierge put in was more than enough to cover up for their 'ignorance'. Food was highly commendable; both in their buffet breakfast spread and their room service. Room had all the necessary amenities. My only complain was the room lightings were poor. Would had preferred more lights. Also they could look into having pay movies.

This is a very nice hotel with great service. I had a problem with the aircon in my room and the way the hotel staff handled it was extremely good and I would have given them 5 stars. The reason way they get only 4 stars is that the wifi is not good at all and I hope they can fix this issue. If I'm on a holiday, I am not particular about the wifi, but when I'm traveling for work, wifi is important. The hotel has a great Italian restaurant and the breakfast is up to standard. For a holiday, I will definitively come back.

The hotel was OK. However, I forgot my earrings in the room and asked the agency to call and ask the hotel. There was no answer from the hotel for 3 days!! After 3 days I called the hotel and asked myself and they said “sorry, we could not find your earrings.” I guess they did not even look for them before, they had no idea until I asked them. I think the hotel is only interested in the guest until check out. There is no after service or follow-up. I would never consider staying again.

The staff were all very friendly, particularly Pat. Nothing was ever a problem and every request was met with enthusiasm. It is worth mentioning that the gym is quite small and the pool is not big compared to other properties, however, they were still useable and we didn't have any problems using them.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful hotel with a fabulous location. My husband and I booked the duplex suite, which was perfect as he needs the space to work. We arrived early that morning and our room was not ready yet. This is absolutely understandable. The young lady at reception apologized. We had plans. We explained we would be out for the day and would at this point be returning late in the evening. She told us no problem our bags would be in our room when we returned. At 9pm when we returned to the hotel the bags were still where we had left them, stored next to reception. Now we arrive at our room, shower and get ready for bed and I notice 2 of the pillow cases are stained. My husband calls HK to please change the pillows, 15 minutes later we received new pillows however, they were synthetic and we were in a suite. He calls back downstairs and asked please could we have the same down pillows we had. 30 minutes later, still nothing. Finally a 3rd time he calls reception and the proper pillows are delivered immediately. Our second evening there we decided to dine at Babette’s, the steak house. We both ordered appetizers and a steak for the main. I will say the food was excellent. However, the service was not. We sat down at 8:00pm. The staff was clearing the restaurant the entire time and setting up for breakfast. I actually at one point asked our server if they were closing. Our appetizer was served and our server mixed mine up with my Husbands. This is not a huge deal but they also mixed up our main course. They also never cleared our appetizer plates away before bringing us our steaks. They simply moved the plates to the side. When we finished our meal, we had to ask about the desserts. When we were brought the check instead of handing us the bill the server read us the amount and then told us we had a 20% discount because we were staying in the hotel. We actually both laughed out loud at this point as we were so surprised. We were definitely thankful for this discount but why not tell your guests this when they check in our book. We even extended an extra night and there was confusion about the room. We had to show the receptionist an email where it was confirmed. Our overall experience was not bad. The bar is great. The club lounge was fabulous. We loved the location and the room. Some of the staff is incredibly switched on and they definitely did their best to make up for the various challenges

We stayed for 5 nights in a 2 storey studio with the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor and living area and cloakroom on the first floor. This was spacious and we loved the extra space which meant after a busy day sightseeing we could relax in the living area.

Nothing special, feels like an normal 4 star old hotel. Rooms need to be refurbish. Theme of the hotel is too dark. Swimming pool is too small. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread is good. Not up to my expectation for a Mgallery brand.

It’s nice to have tuk tuk that make me feel convenient to the BTS station. The atmosphere of the hotel is great and comfortable. The restaurants on rooftop and the steakhouse which is serving food in high quality. The room is comfortable and classy. One mark deducted for check in procedure. I needed to wait for extra 20 minutes for check in cos the room was not ready. And the helper just give me the key to go to the room ALONE. I spent minutes to check where the refrigerator is and how to make phone call etc. Comparing to Sofitel, Chatrium, Eastin or VIE, the crews of Muse maybe just too busy for that.
