Average hotel that thinks labelling itself as boutique will do. Surprisingly poorly maintained for a 5 star hotel. Dust and dirt all over the place. look at the corners, the details. Pathetic. This place should be graded down to Ibis Styles and we are talking again. Until then: Bone chance on a market like Bangkok

The staff in this hotel is awesome. You guys do a marvelous job of being inviting, accommodating, and warm. The physical hotel is gorgeous, too. But, for me, the staff's hospitality is amazing and a cut above.

We found the staff at Hotel Muse to be very friendly and helpful in every way possible . The ambience and decor of the hotel was very unique. Unfortunately one morning we needed to have breakfast around 6.15 and found not all breakfast food. e.g. yogurt and some fruit not yet available Also the bacon, tomato, mushrooms etc were cold as warmers were not turned on.

« Satisfying and quiet stay in the middle of BKK »

All staff members are very well trained and happy to assist. Pang was quick to respond to clarify my questions via email and all front desk girls are super nice and communicative. Place was very quiet on 17th floor and we loved it. Pool and gym seem to be adequate even though we haven't used them during our stay. Location is in the middle of everything, walk quickly to metro stations or some malls around Chit Lom, enjoying my walks. I was not super excited with breakfast spread maybe because of not appealing vegetarian options but I saw others who enjoyed a lot.

Staff are friendly and efficiently. Wide choice of food for bbf. The fitness room is too small and packed with fitness machines. Guest rooms are not very clean (the washroom is slightly dusty) and dated, renovation may be required. Location is good. At this room rate, I am very surprised that we have to pay for making local calls from rooms. Although the amount is insubstantial (10 bbt per call), it really leaves me a poor impression.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was very helpful for the BTS. The room was large and wonderfully designed. The bar was amazing and served great cocktails. The staff were exceptional. I found every member of staff to be excellent. The front counter staff and concierge was amamzing. The breakfast staff were professional and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The cleaning staff for our room were exceptional. I could not rate the hotel or its staff higher. They were amazing, Everyone who worked at the hotel for the week we stayed are worth their weight in gold. I will always stay at Hotel Muse into the future.

Love the lobby interior and the room as well. However there were a few things should pay attention so guests can have a true lux experience. 1. Sink were jam so its float with disgusting bits. Once I reported the issue it was look into right away so that's good. But I think the housekeeping should check each time after cleaning? 2. Towels were old and tired. Quite disappointing 3. Shower room shower device need polish so much stain and quite dirty. 4. Mattress is too worn out think time for new replacement There u go my observation hope this help to improve the hotel maintenance. Best Serene

Overall the experience in Muse is good: esp the ambience and the dining. The breakfast buffet and the lunch at the restaurant downstair make my experience in Muse a nice one. Although some facilities need repair and the lighting needs improvement, I give 8-9 over 10 for my stay
