Like the hotel. It's clean and quite environment even thru not close to city center but everything is within walking distance. Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful when reaching out and ask for assistance. The check in process is smooth and staff is very helpful when requesting the check out. « Dishonest!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE »

The Hotel brags about having a "Fix any problem within 15 minutes or the stay is on us".Twice they failed this: - hotel room safe --> 13 hours to fix - room air conditioning --> 8+ hours to fixWhen I informed them that due to this I was not willing to pay, I signed the invoice and wrote that I refused to pay. Guess what...they charged my Amex card with the costs, after I had left, even after agreeing with me that they would not. This is dishonesty on the most basic level and shows the real lack of management integrity. They should be disciplined and removed from the company...no one should employ such dishonest employees!

A clean and well maintained hotel with yummy breakfast and very kind and welcoming staff. The staff couldn't do enough to help me and were really professional in everything they did. The room was quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

In general I feel that Ibis hotels are perfectly ‘fit for purpose’. Convenient and simple: what you see is what you get. So far my stay in your hotels was longer than two nights (Namur, Belgium) where I still happily stay once or twice a year. However staying one week or longer in any Ibis hotel may get a bit boring. That’s what happens this time. On top breakfast was a bit disappointing and AC control not working: it was too cold till switched off all together

Rooms are the same as usual, clean and tidy The new restaurant looks nice but choice of breakfast seems to be less than before (e.g. no bake beans and orange juice). I'm also unsure if the new restaurant serves dinner as well (which would be useful for business travelers whom do not want to save time by eating at the hotel after the end of a business day) Overall experience was good.

For the price, overall ok. Pleasant and friendly check in and check out. Rooms are clean and ok for the price point. However, walls and room door not insulated enough and that noise from other rooms and corridor is easily heard and disturbs. Also breakfast service is below average. No one shows you the table. Tables are not clean. Breakfast buffet items are not re-filled fast enough so always empty.

so so so much improvement to be made. 1 lift running wood floor in the ad for your hotel - actually plastic laminate the plastic laminate of the desk was broken with sharp corners

« Definitely unhappy... »

I stayed here for a number of occasions but this time is just poor... [1] it was raining and I asked for a simple umbrella...just what, it's not avail. Unbelievable! [2] I bought some bottled beers and wanted a bottle opener to be sent to my room. Just what...the reception says that the entire hotel only have 1 bottle opener at the reception, so I need to come back to the reception every time I want to open a new bottle of beer! Seriously for this price...I can definitely stay in a better place which can meet my simple requests... The other things like cleanliness and upkeep is what I would expect from Ibis...basic, spartan but enough. No qualms in this area.
