The room air-conditioning was barely functional. Toilet too small and far away from bed. I do not understand why is this hotel called ‘Suites’. This misleads the guests. Compared to the next door Novotel hotel Novotel Suites has smaller rooms with less facilities. The only thing I found good was the breakfast.

I am sad that this time wasn’t so good at previous times :( but the new gentelmen that joined your team should get a raise. He is super proffessional and client experience related. I do bot remember his name but he has darker skin. Really he is a keeper. But he needs help. I ha an impression he was left alone with everything and it was too much. If he will get someone to help him on the shift he will make your hotel a really nice place. And you probably want to ask why my stay was not so super as last time. Oh well my memory isn’t so good and I forgot that hairdrier is in the bedroom closet and was looking for it. Could not find it. Asked twice at the reception they told me tgey will bring it but no one told me whether I checked the drawer. Please inform clients where it is if they ask :) and additionally no one respond on my question which I asked while booking whether something can be delivered to my room. Additionally I was sad that as a platinun member I did not get a sleepers and a robe neither no welcome extra small gift as I always have it in the oposit novotel :( othwrwise all good. Please give that ypung man a raise and a proper handshake he helped me a lot.

Everything was fine except there were items missing in the room. I had to call for 2 pairs of room slippers, shower gel n 1 bottle of mineral water. Staff were extremely helpful. Only the night staff working alone in the night was supposed to call us back to help us with the train query for the next day did not call us back. When we called him back, he told us there were no train tk Luxembourg Central station. All in all, the room was nice n comfortable.
