Pleasant stay and helpful staff. Please remind the cleaning staff to clean the rooms and replenish lotions and conditioner, when guests are staying for a few days. I had to request lotion and conditioner twice in five days, because the cleaner had not left any,

first night - get a call from the reception to ask if I found someone else’s luggage in my room? why would I? Third night, waiting 40 minutes for a snack and getting the bill before the food... maybe it is time to invest in staff.

Stay was to celebrate my father's birthday, and it being our first time in Luxembourg we were quite excited. Room was perfect for what we needed, the reception staff were welcoming and although we arrived early, we only had to wait 5 minutes for our room. They even brought my dad some sweets to celebrate his birthday. Was lovely, truly. Bar staff, reception, even the housekeeping when we could work out the door (it'd been a long morning and was completely our fault). That's why I like Accor, good job everyone :)

We had some troubles during our stay, the tv didn't work, the safe got blocked and for this reason the personnel got confused and did not make the room. Overall it was a nice stay anyway, and we got all the support and a discount on the parking.

I enjoy staying at Novotel Suites Luxembourg. The rooms are large (for Lux) and comfortable. Lots of small things have been thought about - the TV turns both ways for livingroom and bedroom; there's a microwave, kettle and fridge; a good bluetooth speaker; great aircon and lots of good storage places for a longer stay. As I need to work I appreciate having a separate table to both work or eat at, as well as another seating area for relaxing. I especially love the bathtubs, which fill quickly with plentiful hot water, really relaxing after a day at work. Some small things could be improved - near the worktable is just one socket, and only one side of the bed has sockets, which is too few nowadays. I wish there was real cups and plates, and cutlery: instead all you get is paper cups in your room. Crazy in an era of being eco. The one big problem I always have is the beds.. every single bed is so hard (because they're on a straight board, not a bedbase) that I never have a good night's sleep. I sometimes relocate to the single couch. It's the one big thing I would change. Oh and pillows are weird - suitable for a back sleeper but suffocate a stomach sleeper! All-in-all I've stayed in most places in Lux and for the money I would definitely recommend Novotel Suites.

We arrived at the hotel around 9.15 h PM on the 22nd of August. We had worked all day, drove from Gent to Luxembourg for 3,5 hours, parked our car in the garage (= a good thing), wanted to check in, gave our platinum accor card to the lady, she didn't find our reservation - she did find our payment and instead of helping, she asked us how we booked (????) etc. She was not friendly, took her time, we showed our reservation confirmation on our phone, she barely looked at it. Finally as we became impatient and reacted to her non willingness, she gave us a room. No sorry no nothing. Luckily Rudy, also at the reception, reacted very friendly, saw to it that we could eat and gave us a free drink. Besides this incident, the hotel is nice, has lovely rooms (however there was only 1 water in the minibar, nothing else). The breakfast is magnifique, especially thanks to Viviane, who watches over cleanliness, that people get what they need, she really is an example of how to run a breakfast service, being friendly at the same time. In fact all the people at the restaurant/breakfast were nice!
