Staff treat me Like a long lost friend, always greeted with a smile, Courteous and professional. Rooms basic and clean. Great value for money. Miss not having complimentary water and tea coffee making facilities as this is common place with practically all of my cycle trip accommodations. Kenny

I have been to many Ibis Hotels and this was the worst I have ever stayed and would NOT return to this hotel. Reception was very poor and other clients were complaining, parking was non existent and no advice given of where to go, signage in the hotel was difficult to understand, lifts only went to the 2nd floor we were in the top floor No 351 and the Neon flashing lights from the club opposite our room kept going all night and made sleeping difficult. we complained and were told 351 was the only room avasilable. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff very helpfull. I use IBIS hotels regular and will continue to do so but will not return to this hotel, vast improvements are required urgent

ac not working temperature in room above 25 degrees outside temperature was 18 someone had put a small fan in the room but left the windows closed i visit the hotel every couple of months !! also why do you not serve crepes for breakfast as in troyes it is standard

Welcome fine, parking arrangements and location very good, room on the small side but air conditioning and window shutters a real success bearing in mind the hot weather, bathroom a bit dated and cramped, miscommunication with the cleaner so bathroom not cleaned although dry towels brought, breakfast very good, some of the public areas seemed in need of a dust/clean

Clean and breakfast very good. Staff lovely but the rooms are incredibly small. We've stayed in many unis hotels travelling through Europe but this one was impossibly small and opposite two very very noisy bars until 2 in the morning

To be Located in the city center has advantage but also drawbacks including external noise that we have so difficult to manage especially during the summer season. Stayed in the old Mercure hotel. Comfortable and spacey. Good charisma and client appeal with all staff. Only real problem is parking. Parking not available in old Mercure area ?
