« Great location, room quality and service »

As we walked in a representative by the name of Jeff took initiatives to greet and welcome us to property. He checked us in and created a connection tailored to our needs. Through out stay, he was available and checked us out on 4th day. The hotel is amazing but the staff is priceless. People like Jeff is the only reason the Pullman is there.

The concierge sent us off with tickets we bought from him saying we would wait only about 5 minutes in the rain on the coldest day of the fall so far, ( we checked the weather with him) but we waited in a 2.5 hour line for entry. And were told that with another ticket we would have had a much shorter wait. There was a party above our room, with a live band and Greek dancing ( stomping) one night. The reception said the party would end at 11:00 pm but it didn’t stop until after 1 am. My daughter was in tears because she couldn’t sleep. She and I complained again and again. Why allow a night club atmosphere to happen over rooms that are meant for sleeping? Check in and check out was not the way your app pretended it to be. I did an online check-in but had to wait for 30 minutes before we were even acknowledged, they told us to wait. And check out should have been just dropping the keys in a box. my driver for the airport was waiting, the desk called us to say he was. But then I needed to do a check out process with him before he let us go. I had stayed at this hotel once before about 7 years ago, we loved the location then and felt the hotel was good enough to book again. But I will never return to this hotel again.

This was probably the most disappointing hotel experience of my entire life and I travel frequently. I planned a romantic anniversary with my wife only to find out they sold my room and downgraded me. I only found out when I went to the room! They didn’t even warn me at check-in. Then they refused to provide any refund! I was offered my wine and a breakfast as an apology. I had to plead in the morning to get any compensation and was offered just a small amount of money back. In my opinion if you cannot provide the service that I paid for, a complete refund should be given. I will be warning everyone I know about my experience with the hotel.

The location and view trumps everything. I had a room with balcony and Eiffel Tower view. It was stunning, felt surreal. Two twin beds were very comfortable and a great size. Linen was soft, pillows were memory foam. Ample towels, robes, and slippers provided. The room was spotless, very up to date and new, sleek features. Small lighted closet, long full length mirror, and an antifog mirror in the bathroom as well. Desk with lighting, and drawers for clothes. Lounge chair in the room and two chairs on balcony. Large glass window to outside with blackout curtain to cover the length of the window/door. Overall amazing, However the negatives were this: The room was hot during the night, the fan / air didn't work it seemed you couldn't over ride the temperature to make it colder. Had to sleep with the door open to the balcony, and there was this light that would turn on and off on the balcony and there was no way to turn it off. Had to place a towel over it in order to sleep well. The other downside was that the ice machine on our floor was broken and room service wouldn't bring us ice without charging us 5euro. We also wanted to order room service one night and we were told it was open 24/7, however the 24/7 menu is quite limited and does not offer everything. Staff was very nice, check in process and Check out process were quick and easy. They do place a $750 hold on your Credit card for incidentals.

Carolina and Anisa(lady in red) superb staff to attend to our needs. They made what Pullman is suppose to be. The view was magnificent and it was the best. Overall the staff was excellent. Concierge was helpful. Cheers.

Too many groups, the staff seem too busy to care about guests, with the exception of maybe 2 staff the rest were all completely detached. It's overwhelming the number of groups in the hotel! We went to breakfast looking for a nice start to the day, we ented up in the basement, Directed to a meeting room converted into a canteen, where the hosted was more calling out as a Macdonalds server than welcoming as a hostess to a supposedly 5 star hotel in Paris, shocking. We walked away and found a boulangerie outside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable but we were in a connecting room where a man spent the whole night shouting until 3am both nights. The door is far too thin, ever sounds feels like the neighbours are inside our room, awful. Time to upgrade and get rid of the bathtubs! Especially if you continue with the groups which the ones we saw were all over 70year old travellers. Shame for the price we paid, online, we would have such a poor experience in such a prime location!

Overall, it was a good experience. The location is great for some purposes - just a three minute walk to the base of the Eiffel Tower and about a five minute walk over to the metro. The aesthetics of the hotel are simple, classy, and clean. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and polite. We were disappointed upon getting our room as the bed frame was broken and made terrible loud sounds if you put any weight on the bed at all. We alerted the front desk and they had a very nice gentleman there to fix it within about a half hour. The "fix" was just wedging some blocks of wood under the broken part of the frame which made the bed usable, but it was surprising for such a supposedly high quality hotel. Our minibar was locked shut and despite requesting that it be made available to us (and being told that someone would come to unlock it), no one remedied that in the four nights we stayed there. Also, they provide a water boiler and tea bags, but I was incredibly disappointed that the tea was in plastic bags for steeping. You could literally see a film of plastic on the top of your tea, so I would heavily encourage them to switch to a brand that uses a paper bag. The bathroom, while lovely, had a very difficult to use shower setup. There was no way to avoid flooding the bathroom with every shower, so we went through an excessive number of towels just trying to keep the floor dry. The breakfast buffet was the best one I've experienced anywhere in Europe. The food was absolutely delicious and the variety was huge. Oddly enough, the omelet chef kept messing up very simple orders, but other than that it was stellar. The staff was very polite and a manager could regularly be seen walking through and asking tables about their experience. The view from the room was lovely and really, if you're going to stay here, you have to get an Eiffel Tower view room. You can also get that view from the gym on the 9th floor, which led me to wonder why they would put the gym on top of the hotel where the view is so great, and then put the breakfast buffet in the basement. Despite a good experience with the hotel itself, everything in this neighborhood is essentially a tourist trap, so while I was happy to stay there once, I would not do it again. The restaurants were more expensive with lower quality and many of them did not seem to follow their own posted hours which made things frustrating at times. There was no supermarket nearby with hours past 9pm either, so it just wasn't a great location for doing anything later in the evening except looking at the Tower.

Checking in room wasn’t ready support staff and room great. Billing error called hotel and was told to email which felt like hotel didn’t want to be troubled. Paid for packages with breakfast included and was still charged for breakfast!

This was our first time in Paris and the Pullman at the Eiffel Tower was very welcoming and immediately put us a ease. Our hotel room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great and had many options. The location is very close to the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance to many other attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel. First. I stay in hotel on 10/30~10/31, after i check with bank, Pullman process the payment two times within 2 mins! Two of one already apply bill with bank. And for this issue i already respond to my bank and Agoda.Both of them mention, the bill bloke the amount but not yet apply , they only can help unless the Pullman really apply two times. But if it's not happen, the bank will return the amount after 30 days, if Pullman no any action.I need Pullman check what happen on 10/30 when I check in, why block two times? And cancel the double process asap. Second, we request drinking water but wait around 1 hour, and we call reception 3 times! The least time just reply us due to limited manpower. We totally understand this issue, but why didnot mention on the first time, and told us may need to wait for a while? This is not I first time stay in Pullman Hotel. I also have another experience in other country, normally performance are very well. But this time, give me bad image, it does not matching with so high price The point only for the view.

Booked this hotel as we had stayed here 15 years ago, it was wonderful back then, now its just a heavy group hotel. Breakfast is in a meeting roo. hostess was super rude, we didn't even try it, we went to a cafe nearby. They gave us a connecting room, where the connecting door is wafer thin, we heard all the shouting next door till 3am. Service/reception super rude in check out. The only good experience was on check in, can't remember the girls name, she wore a blue suit, blond hair, she was the only saving grace. Shame with such a fantastic location, one would think it would not be so desperate to book so many groups/tour groups, makes it feel very cheap. Won't stay there again.
