8 nights with room facing Eiffel Tower, a dream come true. Clean, modern large hotel, caters to larger groups and cruises. Generally good breakfast but can become crowded at times, lengthening wait for custom egg creations. Nice attached Frame restaurant, prices in line with Paris. Absolutely perfect location for visiting Eiffel Tower, literally less than 2 blocks. Great outdoor cafes and bakeries nearby. 1.5 blocks to Bir Hakim Metro stop, but it was closed due to summer construction. Easy 10 min walk over bridge to Trocodero area. Very easy access to Seine River tour boats. Quiet in evenings in the area. Really a great location and service. The front desk lady Isabella was totally awesome in friendliness and helping us check in. Great rep for the Hotel. Balconies should have 2 small chairs and perhaps a small table to sit and enjoy the Paris skyline. 24 hour security. 2 free bottles of water per day in room which also has a small refrigerator for my wife's meds. Would stay there again!

Good things first. The hotel allowed us to choose our room, provided extra hangers and breakfast was included in our room price. Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. Bad: we are staying in Paris for 2 weeks inl Your hotel was booked the second week and we had to move to another hotel without assistance. When I asked at time of booking, I was told that I would have no problem finding a suitable hotel on my own. The Pullman offering no assistance may have actually helped us find this beautiful boutique hotel, Le Marquis Eiffel which is also a 4-star hotel. Pullman's loss is our gain. The flights for 2 people and 1 week at Le Marquis Eiffel cost equal when compared to one week at the pullman alone. Plus at Pullman check-out time I felt as if we were being kicked out. The TV had a message for us to check out, the cleaning lady came by to tell us leave. We were told that we took from the mini bar and had not. Once that was settled, we paid Your omlet chef was noticed descriminating against arab women. Very not cool. The Pullman WAS AWARE OF THESE ISSUES and as much as we love it there, no one helped.

We had a fabulous time, staff were very friendly and ensured we got a room on the upper floor (we had a Duluxe King Room with view of Eiffel Tower) so we had an amazing view. Overall the experience was lovely. There were some negatives which I believe are important to share. To my disappointment, I had booked the hotel via my booking.com account. It was my 30th Birthday and my partner rang in advance to ask if he could arrange for some champagne to be left in the room upon arrival. He was told over the phone that because we had booked through booking.com that it wasn't possible, even though he was willing to pay over the phone. He had wanted to arrange something special for me. He just went to the bar himself after we checked in and brought it back to the room. For the price, I had expected much better service. We stayed 3 nights and on 2/3 mornings while in bed 08:30 - 9am the housekeeper opened our bedroom door to come in and clean. I stay in hotels approx 3 times a week with work and have never experienced this before. Housekeeping wouldn't come near a room until 10am minimum. Finally, the toiletries bin the room were only enough for 1 person even though 2 were staying. 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner etc , fortunately we had packed our own so we used them but again, for the price we paid, I was not expecting this. The experience was excellent. Rooms were clean and well furnished. The staff was friendly and helpful. The views of the Eiffel Tower were stunning. The air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly. There were only two issues. First, it was difficult to get ice from the ice machines at night. The machines are very small, so we would start at the 9th floor and work our way down until we found ice. Sometimes we found it on the 9th floor, but we usually had to check 2-3 floors before we found ice. (One night we checked the 9th, 7th, 5th, 3rd, and 1st. The only ice was on the 1st floor.) The other issue was the lack of an in-room fridge for our own items. Maybe it's not customary to provide an in-room fridge in Europe...I don't know. In North America, it's very customary. I would have loved to have purchased some wine or beer and left it in the fridge during the day but it wasn't possible. I had to put ice in my beer to chill it, which is undesirable, to say the least.

The view is truly spectacular with a clear sight of the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities could have some upgrade, I couldn't imagine how a 5-star hotel not to provide any free bottle of water while other 3 or 4 stars hotel will all do so. And some hardware inside the room is dusted and depreciated as well...

My wife and I have enjoyed staying at PULLMAN Paris tour Eiffel. Missings; 1- Helping to take the luggages was not readily available. One had to ask for it. 2-the hotel policy or asking each guest a deposit for 60 EURO for each night was not fair and convenient 3- to release the hold deposit after at least 5-6 day is not fair and correct. 4- the emailing of billing should be immediate. It is two days I am waiting and nor message. 5- The Bar was not to the standard of the hotel. 6- No coffee shop convenience. All and all I have enjoyed stay at Pullman, I will recommend it and I hope to visit you again.

Room was modern, clean and comfortable with good amenities and the balcony was nice to have . Gym was great with lovely view of Eiffel Tower. Check in/out staff and House keeping were very pleasant and helpful. One lift was out of order our entire stay which was a pain And a second went out of order on the second to last day but was fixed . Our bath plug hole was blocked on arrival but cleared on request and our safe was faulty but also fixed within 24 hours. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely although egg station was a little chaotic and slow - could have done with a second member of staff to serve to table rather Han is having to keep checking when eggs ready or stand waiting for 10mins . Love the coffee to go idea . Overall a lovely pleasant stay and we cmwould come again

We were supposed to have a handicap accessible room but none were available. We settled on a room & I had to request a bath tub chair 3 times before receiving it. Then the morning breakfast was cold & way over priced.
