Stayed at suite. Overall was good. Breakfast was great. Aircond was cool. Minus, sofa bed was not working. Kids slide at the pool was not properly maintained got sharp plastic inside.

Overall very good. Staff were polite and helpful. Even the chiefs at breakfast were smiley and welcoming. It was good to see a few gluten free options like bread available for breakfast.

The bathroom was dirty and there was a hair on the bed. We requested a room move and moved to another suite. Bathroom was also not clean there. The free breakfast on the 20th floor is very nice and also the facilities are great.

« Being at this property means being at home. »

It was extremely satisfying. The staff remembers the preferences. The hotel rooms are well cleaned and adequately managed. The room has different pillows depending on the needs. The hotel has outdoor pool and a nice bar which offers sitting indoor n outdoor. The staff at the reception is extremely polite and accommodating. The only thing hotel lacks is it doesn’t has a bath tub. Would suggest that hotel should have some rooms where in bath tubs should be available.

TV was not working, Air conditioning was not cooling at all, Linen was not clean especially the pillow broken amenity e.g., the blow-dry holder the wires were hanging loose and it is located next to the sink I could easily get electrocuted, soap holder in the shower was broken

My experience as I stay with my wife and my kids are extremely satisfying. We had comfortable sleep at the executive suite room, nice breakfast every morning, and easy access to the Tang City mall next door. All the facilities such as the swimming pool, playground for kids, and a nice garden outside the breakfast place are really enjoyable for the young ones.

Overall was great, however not having an iron in the room, i had to call housekeeping, unfortunately took to long and i had to check out not being able to press my uniform , i felt disappointed as my image at work has to be always tidy and professional
