Overall was great, however not having an iron in the room, i had to call housekeeping, unfortunately took to long and i had to check out not being able to press my uniform , i felt disappointed as my image at work has to be always tidy and professional

Conveniently connected to the mall so it’s very easy to go grab a quick bite, shopping or even watch a movie. The staffs are always welcoming, polite and helpful. Also love the buffet breakfast but, this time, the green bean porridge was spoiled. I had a bite and noticed that the taste was off since it supposed to be sweet but it was sour. I told the staff regarding this and they removed the item from the buffet line.

Me and my parents enjoyed staycation at Novotel Tangerang. During the idulfitri holiday, the hotel was at full capacity. Checkin a little bit longer than usual. Breakfast was great as usual. Room was clean and staffs were helpful. During the stay, I've just realized that the breakfast package was not automatically set for 2 adults, since I only put 1 person when make the booking. I should be more aware for the next booking.

« A wonderful place to stay for family »

My family and I spent our holiday in the Novotel Tangerang and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was nice, and so clean. The staffs were all helpful and kind. Its location is very near to the mall, so it was easy for us to find meals and to grab some stuffs from supermarket. We spent our stay in Novotel, and my daughter enjoyed her time so much. She loved swimming and also the kid corner just opposite the restaurant. The breakfast were varied, but might need some improvement on the taste a li'l bit. The kid corner was okay, but maybe need more supervised because some older children used the sliding overly excited and it could flipped back. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will surely return back.

I am a member of accor plus, and as always accor hotels never failed. I would have given 9 on rate, the thing is when we checked in, rooms available only smoking ones, although i booked non-smoking ones (booked via accorhotels website) and the smell still soo strong when we entered the room. Receptionist said all room was fully boked, no non-smoking room available anymore. Im with my wife and my 4 and 7 y.o son btw. So, it was a bit unconvinience. Friendly staffs, decent breakfast, etc was good. But, please for the next.. ensure you granted the booking, especially for accorplus member.

I don’t know why at the front desk they said my card decline while they want to withdraw the amount instead my booking is successful from the website. Correct me if I’m wrong, as my knowledge if my booking is successful in the website that’s mean my money has been block from the CC company then hotel just withdraw directly. On Saturday my assistant must pay for cash at front desk which I’m afraid the CC company will cut my amount from my CC so it will be double payment and burden us with another problem.

This is the second time, i am staying in novotel tangerang. And still satisfied me and my family. The kids were very happy with the swimming pool and comfy bed. Staying in Novotel Tangerang on a nearly monthly basis since Sep 2018 I certify that, as well all the people involved in the hotel services as the services themself are exactly what a long stay customer is expecting: feeling home! The room is always made clean, not noisy and comfortable. The quality of the bed is outstanding. The restaurant with it's international and national buffet, as well during the breakfast time as during the dinner time is tasty and all the persons involved in the restaurant are taking care of their customer on a very friendly and professional way.
