« Lovely Boutique Hotel »

I stayed at Ibis Hotel with my friend just for 1 night. Ulyana at the reception was very polite and checked us in very quickly. The room was small but had everything what you would need for 1 night. It was clean. The breakfast buffet was great. A big variety of breakfast items and very interesting concept of the restaurant. I do recommend this hotel to other guests.

I stayed in room 423 which had a water damage which you could see and smell. look for another room which can guarantee ibis standards. the welcome was ok as usually. the breakfast is more or less ok. I'll be back

Good stay, no distribution very good. Just like it should be, price goes more to where I like to have it. Only thing I miss and forgot to tell every time is a normal pillow, not those little ones, it's not working for my.

Overall experience was good. Room was clean, although a bit small. Breakfast and business lunch very good. Dinner options good. If I may suggest something: your staff should be more fluent with English.

New and functional hotel with friendly and welcoming staff on front desk. Good value for money. Super location for all that Kaliningrad has to offer including transport links, historical sites, with a walk or bus ride to bars and restaurants etc in more central commercial areas. I enjoyed my stay this hotel comes highly recommended!

Was perfectly served with early check-in and late check-out. Very kind personnel. BUT: - air conditioning should be adjusted (was either too hot or too cold in the room); - breakfast meal assortment is weak side of Ibis (irrespective to specific hotel); - there was no light in ironing room :)

Rental car service which was advertised in the hotel does not work in fact. We decided to use this service, called, but phone was turned off. Nobody call back us. There was no bucket for garbage under the table in the room. Also there were no glasses to drink in the room.

It was clear that staff was quite relaxed.. from one side it is very positive for sure, but from another side Im also quite sure that accor should have a high level of standards... FO 7 out of 10 FB dinner 3out of 10... salad was absolutely "uneatable"... and a plate for salad is choosen the most uncomfortable... (when you try to pick up, everything goes out of the plate (who've choosen it?? Did you ever make a food testing... ). At the same time Breakfast was very good for ibis.. liked it very much. But what is happening with HK department and engineering is absolutely out of standards.(i want to believe that accor have some).. Dear manager , please make a tour around your hotel to see how dirty it is... especially during late night... if you don't want you can contact me and I'll share photos with you... maintenance of room is also not the best... blackout are not helping (((( at 4:30... you may wake up already... Have some more issues, but you can start with listed Regards, Roman
