« It Feels like Home to stay here... »

The hotel is located at a strategic location, there are restaurants, bars and night clubs nearby.. but it can still provide the guests for their good night sleep(s) (it's quiet). Walking distance to the BTS Station (Nana), convenient for those who visit Bangkok for their "shop till you drop" trip since BTS is connectable to the shopping malls. Besides, there is also shuttle bus from hotel to the BTS station if you're luggage are too heavy during your departure (free of charge). A slight disadvantage of the hotel is it can be a bit far from a few tourist spots near the city center such as Chinatown, Khaosan Road, even temples (Wat Arun, Wat Pho, Wat Phra Keaw) and a few more locations unreachable via BTS. Unlike "five star" hotels that can give you the feeling of luxury, elegance and the opulence Ibis can give you the feeling of decent, tidy, neat and most importantly the politeness and friendliness... which feels just like home. Shall come back again, and decided that Ibis will be one of my first choices during my upcoming visits in Thailand. Thank you Ibis, for your hospitality and your decency.

My room had cockroaches. i showed the evidence to the front desk and they gave me another room . even changed my room but result is no good. evidence was shared to the front-desk. each day i had to spray and kill 1-2 cockroaches . you have to give some serious thoughts about the hygine of guest staying in your property.

Good place to stay; quite a central place to move around. Easy to get all kind of transportation including Sky Train which was just 350mtrs from the Hotel. Had a small issue during checkout when asked for bill i was informed that only 5 rooms were booked through Accor and the balance 2 from some other website which wasnt true and even after producing the reservation number the front office lady was not helpful.

I think Ibis needs to work on the size of the rooms they provide to a guest who are families. From bed to bathroom everything was tiny. It’s not good for leisure travellers

« Easy hassle free hotel »

This is a good hotel to stay for shorter stay, the rooms are small, but not to small. The rooms are simple, but have the most basic: BED, TV, Fridge, Minisafe, and place for your clothes. What is great with Ibis is that it is easy, easy check in easy check out, and the standard is meeting your expectations.

Room décor & facilities were fine, have stayed before so these were as expected, so consistent with the brand. However, room allocated was close to lift & door sound-proofing very much inadequate. Accordingly every time another guest arrived on or departed from the floor, we had significant noise disturbance.

It's a really good place to stay, clean and friendly staff. Located right close to the night life but at night you cant hear any of it so you can sleep with no problem. You should consider this place if during the day you have trips and at night want to go out and have fun. Not the best place to chill in as it doesnt have a pool or other things that wuld help to kill time during the day but still overall for the price and location it's pretty hard to find anything better :)

Very friendly personal, brand new facility and very good service. Only thing is that the bar & restaurang prices are close to Eurooean prices rather then Thai prices. While in Thailand, we appriciate Thai prices rather then Paris prices 😉

I have stayed at many Ibis hotels. But this one is the best one and the only one that actually has a desk. The food is also great in this particular Ibis. Staff are super friendly and very quick and helpful.

This is my third stay in this hotel over last three years. From the moment you check-in at the front desk until you check-out. The staff has demonstrated a high degree of professionalism in receiving guests. The room is clean and well maintained. Even the staff manning the tourist counter has displayed warmth in greeting guests into the hotel. He probably recognized the face before! The location of the hotel is great, that sits behind the bars area. If you like to hang around in the bars, feel free to do so! But the hotel is situated in a quiet spot indeed. It is indeed a good choice whilst staying in Bangkok.

Check in process is not good, since the staff not good English. All hotel 50 percent occupated by Asian,but no Asian breakfast and most of time pork. Even checking out also not good process and no preference for priority members.

Everything in the room is ok but the I am frustrated for low water pressure making me difficult to take a normal shower. I will not try this Ibis next time as there are many other choices in Bangkok.
