Located on ground level, Grand Ballroom offers a pillar-less space that can accommodate 550 people. It has a big LED screen (P4) and its windows allow natural light to come through all day long, there is a direct access to the garden area.Hua Fu Hall is located on the 3rd floor, it is a multi functional space with a traditional Chinese decor, it has a Chinese-pattern wooden wall, side to side windows, a goldfish tank and a spacious foyer.The Oasis Hall is also located on the 3rd floor; it offers a rectangular shape and also allows different layouts depending on the use. It also has four private rooms close by as well as a big foyer, perfect for receptions.

« Superb Room with Incredible Lounge »

Superb Room Suite, thank you for the Upgrade. The lounge at this hotel is really incredible with the amazing view over Shanghai ! Best way to start your day by enjoying the Breakfast from this High Floor lounge. The only down point was that the gym was under renovation and nobody informed me about that. And no alternative solutions were given to guests willing to work out (for example give the possibility for guests to train in another gym near by for free)

Perfect location. Closely accessible to business colleague's office, restaurants, shopping, and mass transit.My stay was an excellent experience. Room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping and laundry service was excellent. I included the breakfast option with my room charge. The vast, diverse, and delicious breakfast buffet offering was well worth the additional cost. The staff is exceptional and very accommodating. Will most definitely stay here again.

Great Stay at Pullman Shanghai Skyway ! The Lounge at this hotel on Top Floor is definitely OutStanding ! The down point of my stay is that nobody aware me that the Gym is not functional at the moment. Therefore this should be definitely mentioned to you guests by respect... And an alternative solution should be provided for people like me who wish to train.

« Mostly very good, except for one incredibly stupid thing »

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it's mostly fine. But there is one thing that drives me absolutely nuts. The light switch for the bedside lamp also turns on a bright halogen light directly above the bed (which shines directly down in your eyes). There is no way to turn on the bedside lamp separately. Which means the bedside lamp is completely useless for reading in bed, unless maybe you wear sunglasses in bed.

I stayed at Pullman twice for a total of 6 days in Shanghai. The first time was pleasant, the second time was horrible. I was sick for 3 days and wanted peace in my room, but the staff relentlessly bothered me multiple times a day and disrupted my needed rest. Do not disturb means do not disturb. You do not need to call my room to ask if I need laundry or a tray removed, I can call you. I paid good money to have this nice hotel and relax, but it just ended up being more aggravating than anything. And when I tried to explain this to the manager, he couldn’t understand where I was coming from. I was raised by a travel agent and am no stranger to the hotel service industry, and typically when a complaint is made there is some sort of compensation, but I was offered none. I do not typically do surveys and I especially do no complain about service, but I feel like I just paid your hotel to annoy me for 3 days straight. If you run a 5 star establishment, you should treat your guests as 5 star guests. Dissatisfied.

Overall good but renovation created a lot of noise. One incidence with the house cleaning lady entering the room when I was in the room (with the Do Not Disturb light on but it could have been turned off by accident).

« Great service, rooms could be more well lit »

Impeccable service, especially by the lobby/concierge staff (in particular - Chloe and Jim). Would definitely book another stay if I'm in Shanghai again. The room could be more well lit, it was really dark at night. Toilet was a bit disappointing as the shower drain constantly got flooded and the bath tub wasn't very clean either. Overall quite a great experience, the little flaws didn't really dampen much of our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights as part of our visit to China. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Roselle, Guest Relations Manager greeted us in person. She had arranged a room in a quiet location on a high floor level as per our request. The hotel offers extensive choices at breakfast time. The location is very good as it is only about 5 minutes walk away from a metro station. We used the metro to visit all the attractions that we wanted to see in Shanghai. Thank you to all the staff at Pullman Shanghai Skyway for making this a memorable stay.

« A lovely place to stay »

Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were all pleasant and helpful. We booked a car to take us from the airport to the Pullman and this was a terrible experience, the car was in bad condition, the driver was rude and his driving was terrifying to say the lest. But once we got to the hotel the experience was delightful. The Concierge arranged for a car back to the airport and this time it was a great experience. I would stay there again. It was close a Metro station so we went everywhere by Public transport which is so easy to use.

Pullman Shanghai Skyway Hotel was my home for 10 days. I lived in a Executive Room from which you have access to the lounge on 52nd floor. And for me the lounge is the highlight. After a busy working day the lounge is a quiet place to relax. Eat and drink something and enjoy the fantastic view over Shanghai. Speciel thanks to Vince (COO) and the whole Executive Lounge team (Glorie, Ellen, Kira, Miette, Anna, Rachel, Izza). They just do and did a great job!

« Executive Lounge still needs to be improved »

Hi all, Since I need to have many business travels during whole years, i ve been stayed in different AccorHotels. However, i found out that the executive lounge in Pullman Shanghai Skyway is not that good enough, since the breakfast might have a bad impression on me. The choices of the breakfast is not that much ,and I stayed there for 4 days and only on day 2 i got a kind waitress who helped me cook my egg. And there were some small flies around the muffin desk when the Chinese cuisines are not that hot enough.
