It has a big LED screen (P4) and its windows allow natural light to come through all day long, there is a direct access to the garden area.Hua Fu Hall is located on the 3rd floor, it is a multi functional space with a traditional Chinese decor, it has a Chinese-pattern wooden wall, side to side windows, a goldfish tank and a spacious foyer.The Oasis Hall is also located on the 3rd floor; it offers a rectangular shape and also allows different layouts depending on the use. « Comfortable but the check out of the hotel is not smooth. »

The room is spacious and the beds r comfortable. However we got stuck during check out, there were only three staff in the front counter. I was in the queue to wait for my turn since 1.15pm un till 1.30pm my tax had arrived. I got to pass my two room keys to the busy staff without getting the confirmation for the cancellation of my cny4000 room deposit (for my Visa card). The counter staff are not friendly, one staff was busy with the guest for checking in to four rooms reservation, the other staff busy with another foreign guest, the lady staff just simply served the guests who has jumped the queue. I had reminded the staff that my taxi was coming at 1.30pm but they just said they were busy without offering help. I hope my room deposit using my Visa card had been cancelled after I left the hotel and the service can be improved. Thank you

« The overall experience was satisfied. »

The room was comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The AC in the room was not working on the third day. The engineer came and tried to fix it, but did not work, and we requested to move to a different room on the next day. The only thing bothered us was the strong, awkward scent in the lobby and the elevators. We were sensitive to perfume, and the smell did bother us.

We were extremely pleased with the hotel facilities, the room was spacious and grand, the breakfast had many choices and the staff were very helpful, the hotel check in and check in was easy, friendly and professional. We enjoyed every part of our stay at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway. Only one negative comment, and that is that our room 2315 smelled of cigarette smoke, even with the air conditioner. The smell was right through the room, on the bedding and the curtains. However, everything else was excellent. Many thanks.

When you stay at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway you will expect a great hotel service. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff is an enrichment for this hotel, they were extremly friendly and willing to satisfy every wish from you. Especially the staff at the buffet breakfast did a great job such as the staff at the bar next to the lobby. Also a big thanks to the staff who works at the gym for showing me around and the pool area. The room we had was very clean and neat. A big thanks to the housekeeping staff for the extra towels and the extra shampoo and conditioner for my girlfriend as requested. The isolation is very good, we didn't hear any noise in the room. I will definitely stay again at the Pullman Shanghai Skyway when I am back in Shanghai.

We were upgraded to one of the executive floors which was wonderful. However, I took the elevator to my room and discovered my key didn't work. After three different hotel staff members and waiting 90-minutes, I finally had a key that worked and would open the door to my hotel room.

We had yet ANOTHER amazing experience at the hotel. It is the best place to stay. I will single out Glorie in the Executive lounge. We had a booking problem with the lounge and room and she took care of it. She did a great job and should be recognized for it. Great breakfast buffet and the executive lounge is a great place to end the day and enjoy the view.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and we found the rooms and services are great, Why? It's because all we need inside the room are completed, also the location of the hotel super strategist. Nearby the shopping centre, foods area, minimart, and etc. Maybe it's only 5 minutes walk to those places. So, we found all of the experiences really fantastic. A wonderful, classy hotel for a great price. The staff were extremely helpful, going beyond the call of duty. Staff spoke excellent English, especially Lindsey, who checked us in. Facilities were brilliant. Extremely happy with the hotel, particularly with the price we paid. Would certainly recommend this to anyone else.
