Located on ground level, Grand Ballroom offers a pillar-less space that can accommodate 550 people. It has a big LED screen (P4) and its windows allow natural light to come through all day long, there is a direct access to the garden area.Hua Fu Hall is located on the 3rd floor, it is a multi functional space with a traditional Chinese decor, it has a Chinese-pattern wooden wall, side to side windows, a goldfish tank and a spacious foyer.The Oasis Hall is also located on the 3rd floor; it offers a rectangular shape and also allows different layouts depending on the use. It also has four private rooms close by as well as a big foyer, perfect for receptions.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days with 10 people. We really enjoyed the good help we got from everybody in the hotel. They spoke very good english. We can recommend this hotel for any western people staying in Shanghai.

« Price of 5 star but dont feel like one »

This hotel really give bad reputation for 5 star hotel and Accor hotels. I've stayed in many 5 star hotels in China and they all provide VPN so the foreign customers can access whatsapp, facebook or any other sites so that we can contact with our family members and employees. The front desk is very rude and do not greet customers only the manager has better knowledge. Do not provide transportation to exhibition spot like other hotels since we came to shanghai for exhibition. Hard to contact

The bed is comfy. The foods and in-room amenities are great. Nice swimming pool but gym has very bad smell. The location is nearby shopping mall and subway. Nothing special about this place.

Friendly staff with a great atmosphere around the Pullman Shanghai. Found this experience better than the 1st two trips. Christina Uebler went above and beyond and was forever helpful and very knowledgeable within her surrounds. Absolutely Brilliant Marko Rankel the Executive Chef made sure our group of 8 were well fed and took the time out to have a chat with our team of 8. great Customer Service. Majority of staff were friendly and polite.

Staffs at the hotel are very nice & helpful. The service is very good. Also the location is very handy for food, sightseeing. walking distance to Tianzifang and Xingtiandi is nearby. The subway station is very close to the hotel which is very easy going around Shanghai.

Whatever is covered by the daily routine works well. Unfortunately, even for long term regular guests it seems to be impossible to provide a little extra service. Very nice place, great rooms confortable, but no electric outlets at beds head to charge the cell phones. So you must ask (or buy) extension cords... Pool is fine and clean, business center is wonderful on 52nd Floors. The Buffet on B1 is superb and generous. The problem we have was with the SPA on 5th floor (which do not belong to the Hotel) clean but the massages are not very professionnal. At the end all your Credit Cards are not accepted by their machine(?) so they force you to pay cash, and they can not give you a receipt, you have to come back.. A classic tourist trap which could not find place in a Pullman Hotel.

It was painful to get a reservation from the Pullmann in Shanghai... It took me 4 days to get a 2 beds room.. I still dont understand why I was asked for my Accor card, or pass, or I dont know what but that was the 1st question arriving to the 1st floor buffet, or to 27th floor... I am a member from Accor but I never received a card, or a pass... I just have this long 16 digits # on my iPhone... Am I missing something?
